Love this spot! I frequently walk (or drive when being lazy) down to grab an iced coffee or sometimes a breakfast sandwich. Amazing selection of pastries/desserts. The coffee is delicious and there's a really cute area outside to sit and have breakfast. Also the iced coffee is such a great price!

This is such a cute little place, right across the river from the main drag of historic Ellicott City. The food was great, the people were friendly, and it has a small area for both indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely recommend the Le Sammy (ham & cheese)!

Every person that worked here was lovely and helpful and kind, and we ordered WAY too much food, but everything looked so good and we couldn't decide. & Then we ended up eating almost every bite anyway because it was that good! One of our favorites was the avocado toast (it's even better than you're imagining) and all of our drinks were amazing (lavender latte, blackberry lemonade). Such a cute spot!

Wonderful local cafe, one of our favorites! Love all the in-house made baked goods! Pop tarts and lavender lattes are two of our must haves. Always love to see them supporting and selling local art. Outdoor seating area is adorable too.

Unbelievable!! We drove specifically to here from 45 minutes away because, we were excited about having crepes in the Historic Ellicott City District. When we arrived at the cafe, we waited for 10 minutes to place an order and were told, by the Cafe Manager, that they were no longer making crepes for the last 30 minutes before closing hour @4pm on Friday. She just told us that they should have put a sign up to alert customers. When we told her that we traveled a distance just for the crepes, she just shrugged it off and said, “Sorry”.After we left the cafe, she came out into the parking to her car holding two cups of coffee. We will never come back and would advise everyone to do the same and not expect that the cafe will continue serving its’ customers until the closing hours.Extremely disappointed and would expect more from stores/restaurants within the Historic Ellicott City District

After all the recent hype and delicious-looking food pictures on Facebook, I was excited to try this place today. It was friend’s birthday so this seemed like a really good opportunity. My friend has some dietary restrictions so we called ahead of time to confirm that they could accommodate this. Once they said they could, we said we would be right there and then arrived moments later (we were literally around the corner when we placed a call). After waiting a line for over 10 minutes, we reached the register at 2:39. When we did, we were told we could no longer order because the restaurant closed at 3. We said we had just called and told the person on the phone that we were on our way. Exasperatedly, the person at the counter finally took our order of two sandwiches, a biscuit, chai tea, and water-after complaining about how short staff they were. She was incredibly rude and abrasive. This woman also told us we had to eat at the outside tables (even though there were four other tables with people sitting and eating inside) because they were closing in 20 minutes. When we got our food and took it outside, the staff had already put the outside chairs away so there was nowhere to sit. We then went back inside and decided to sit at one of the many tables in the front of the restaurant just to quickly shove food in our mouths. Although our sandwiches were good, the biscuit I ordered (which looked amazing) tasted like rubber (it was microwaved in front of me explaining why it was hot on the outside and cold on the inside). At 2:57, the same person who was so awful at the counter announced to the entire restaurant that they were closing the restaurant and all guests had to leave now. Two other tables commented about how unbelievably rude her tone and wording were. We were pushed out the door with the door abruptly locking behind us at 2:59. Although my sandwich was good, I never received the water I asked for twice and I threw out the biscuit. I know the world is short-staffed now and it is really important to be kind and patient but I will not be going back to this place. What a terrible taste it put in my mouth. I couldn’t believe how horrible the staff were and how badly we were treated. It was my friends birthday and I recommended this place so I just kept apologizing for what was happening. If a restaurant closes at 3, surely ordering a sandwich at 2:30 and eating it quickly should not be a problem.

Great coffee shop with delicious baked goods. The homemade pop tarts are delicious. Plenty of outdoor seating

This was an excellent surprise to find. Food was awesome, staff was very friendly and helpful. My family and I now go here atleast once a week, even for just a cup of coffee. Excellent local establishment to support!

We just rented the Cafe for a private event and it was wonderful. The staff on site were very helpful, the process to book it was very easy and smooth, and the outdoor patio was a great gathering spot. Thanks for having us!

Charming cafe with good food adds to the charming European ambience that is downtown Ellicott City. There was a slight crisp to the crepes that I especially liked.
