A really great place. Always consistently good food, complemented with a very attentive staff. While I dine here often, I recently visited with a pet and appreciated their outdoor seating. I had the salmon instead of my usual pulled pork bbq and from the first line of this review — it was great. Thanks to cooks and staff!
The manager here runs a tight ship. Soft drink area's table top was dry and wiped regularly compared to some other locations where it's sticky and wet all the time. Food is always top notch, and the half yard bird I had here was the best ever.
We were welcomed in as soon as we stepped food doors. The staff was very helpful understanding the menu. The staff also shared names that was very customer service friendly. When we got our food it was perfectly presented and absolutely full of flavor and delicious. They also gave us a free brownie because we had never been to this restaurant. A staff member came over and asked us how her food was and gave us free sandwich coupons for next time which unfortunately we can’t use because we are moving. But overall it was a great experience and I wish we could come back.
After a run in the park, I stopped to grab lunch. The staff was very pleasant. The manager, Craig, greeted me and took my order and addressed me by name up until I left. Very pleasant and calm atmosphere. They make it a mission to accommodate all customers and make them feel like the only one in the restaurant. Wonderful customer service all the way around the board.
Fantastic dinner, take out, roast beef sandwich, sausage, macaroni and cheese corn bread, smoky barbecue, Awesome !
Very friendly service (chic fil a level). Great food. Fast coming out. Patriotic ?? vibe
Wow. Double wow! I got the two meat combination with pulled pork and brisket, and ended up eating some of my daughter's pulled chicken as well. The cole slaw was fantastic. All of the meats we cooked just like I love it, with enough to try all of the six sauces. The corn bread was a great addition but I could have eaten some more and with some butter. Those are nits as compared to why we went which was the BBQ, and it was fantastic.
I went to my very first mission BBQ restaurant yesterday April 4, 2022 in Ellicott city at about 4:15 PM. The customer service the store is cleanliness the people were pleasant everything was immaculate the girl at the register at the time was truly the reason for the five star the customer service was crazy good.
GREAT STAFF, GREAT MISSION & GREAT FOOD!
Walked in, the girl at the counter greeted me with a smile and a VERY chipper attitude!!I look up and see “Texas Brisket”….being from Texas, I had to try it!! I ordered the Texas brisket (moist) and the Jalapeño Sausage with cole slaw, and unfortunately they don’t have potato salad, they have cheesy potatoes. The girl at the counter took my order, and apparently let people know I was a 1st time customer. When my order was ready, 2 people who I assume are the owners gave me the rundown on how their sides are all home/hand made daily, everything is fresh, no freezers on site, and that there would be 6 different bottles of homemade sauce on the table. I’m not a sauce person, but I tried them all, and I gotta say, the “Smokey Mountain” sauce was killer!!!! The Jalapeño sausage was juicy, and very delicious!! The cole slaw was good, not great, but pretty good. The potatoes were good, but would rather had had potato salad, but hey, whatcha gonna do? The brisket…the Brisket was AWESOME!!!! I smoke brisket at home at least once a month and LOVE a good salty, pepper(y) bark…this did not disappoint….they nailed the Texas flavor…I’m only up here for another week, but I will definitely be going back before I go home….if I had 10 thumbs instead of 2, they would get them all up!!!! Good job!!
