A little slow if you go in! Might as well use the drive thru!! Food is good!!
I cannot begin to express how terrible my last visit was. They have lost a customer. Terrible food. It's as expensive as a sit-down restaurant.
Incompetent staff. Trying to order through the drive thru is a disaster. Don’t come here. Go to the other 800 McDonalds locations in town.
The best McDonald’s in the EC area. They are friendly and professional. I recommend going out of your way to this location. The night staff are kind and cool!
This is the first time I’ve eaten at McDonald’s in 2 years. I got served a quarter pounder from Thai restaurant filled with roaches. I will never eat here again and it’s unsafe for anybody to consume food from this restaurant
I ordered a meal through drive-thru, and the lady said I had to order a drink. She needs more training if she wants to advertise. No one is required to do anything! They also don't pick up their phones.
Workers are ignoring people waiting to order inside. Potatoes often are bitter due to overused oil.Last but not least, McDonald's can have Russian money and support Putin but they'll never have my money again.
McDonalds is supposed to be consistent. This one missed the memo. I ordered from the Kiosk, and had a problem. When I reached the counter, I tried to use the offer that was on my phone. The cashier kept telling me I couldn't use it, but didn't know why. She walked away twice to speak to the manager, but couldn't resolve the issue. The promo was a large order of fries for $1.00. I went back to the Kiosk and placed another order, getting the fries the second time. The cashier was so angry that I was able to do it that she stood there for 5 minutes and wouldn't get the fries. My wife warned me that this McDonalds is terrible. I should have listened.
I tried to use the kiosk to make an order, and had a problem. The cashier was totally clueless - telling me I couldn't use the coupon code. I asked what was wrong, and she told me the cash register wasn't taking it. I asked why. She left and got the manager. She came back and told me my order costs what came up - no coupon. I had her get the manager again. I told them to delete the order, and went back to the kiosk and placed my order. It took the coupon this time. The cashier was so angry that I resolved the problem that she ignored me when I asked where my food was.
