This will be the first and last time I order from this restaurant. The black bean noodles had no meat in sauce just potatoes and onions. I gave this restaurant a two for the dumplings
I'm white, but I've been to Seoul. The food was great and authentic. Don't come here for Americanized Asian food. It's spicy and delicious. This is more like what you'd get if you were in Seoul. There was a food smell from the kitchen, that took me right back there.
The food was okay, I ordered dumplings and my partner ordered bulgogi. One of my dumplings had a piece of hair on it. Other than that the dumplings were alright. My partner was disappointed in his bulgogi. He found it pretty watery and lacking in flavor. He loved the sticky rice though!
Called in to place an order for carryout and I was completely floored at the customer service. I had asked about the difference between two broth soups. The staff member immediately replied (in Korean), "We're busy right now. Why don't you just order."Part of food service is to be knowledgeable about the food selection, but this was not a lack of knowledge, but complete disrespect. Will not be ordering from here again. There are similar offerings in the food court area and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Ordered short rib soup and they must of not have soaken the ribs in water in order to wash off the chipped bones when butcher place cuts it cause there was allot of chipped bone pieces in the soup and I bit into one! The meat wasn't even cooked long enough either cause it was not tender or moist but hard to chew. Not sure what is going on with this place but it used to be my go to but nope not anymore.
