Ordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party for an 11:45 pick up and it is now 12:15 and still no pizza. They have told me 15 minutes ago it would be 5 more minutes and I just went back in and they said it would be another 7 minutes She said they are short staffed but 3 people are standing around doing nothing. This place is terrible!! They offered a refund however I’m taking these pizzas to my Granddaughter’s 3rd birthday party. Not an option
Food is good, and the staff is okay. Went to get some food and they lock there doors a hour before they close. So no takeout or dine in. They seem to let people they know in, rather then normal paying customer. I hope the management knows about this. To me if the restaurant closes at a different then it should be stated. The time on the door says 10pm but when i reach to open the doors they were locked and i looked at the time and it was 9pm. If they needed to close earlier maybe explain why they closed earlier, i understand the kitchen closes usually a hour before hand but you couldnt even get a drink at the bar. The staffed laughed and waved a patron away like a dog. Not family friendly at all. Take your business to the restaurant across the street where they understand closing times and hospitality.
Ledo's Pizza has always been very high quality, Sadly today we couldn't experience our well-known high quality Pizza establishment..We just made it all the way home and our pizza was overcooked ( burnt bottom) missing cheese on a whole section of pizza and overly saucy.. Had we had the time we would have gone back and returned it, but in the end we just threw it away. A waste of money unfortunately
Stopped by to grab a bite to take home but then my son asked to dine in. Great waitress, she always gives great service with a smile. This Ledos location never fails to deliver great food in a clean warm friendly and relaxing environment. Never crowded. We even do homework here sometimes. This fried chicken salad gives me life!!
We usually get carry out. Great food.
We ordered curbside delivery and provided a tip. After sitting in the car at the curb for 15 minutes having checked in that I am there, I went in to be told my order was sitting over in spot so I could come pick it up. So glad I provided a tip for that! Never using them again! Cold pizza is not very good.
Excellent pizza. We always get take out. I have never dined there.
All Ledos pizza is great in our opinion, but we especially appreciate a certain pizza maker at this location that we hope is training newer cooks. The only reason this is not five star is the lack of delivery services. Sometimes, due to Covid especially, we have to settle for far lesser pizzas to avoid going out in public.
Horrible service very late producing their product more than 30 minutes late. Their manager had plenty of excuses but poor service.
Ledo is great pizza. A MD staple. Service is ok at the Normandy Center shopping center location.
