Chicken is good, prices are getting too high and the sides are lacking flavor.
I read all the poor reviews before goinghere and hoped that they had improved.Boy was I wrong. I seen the recent advertisement about the made to order chicken sandwich and thought this is great. I was prepared to wait a little as I knew they would be cooking some nice hot fresh chicken sandwiches. I ordered my food at the menu board then proceeded to pay at the window. Less then a minute later she was handling me my order and thought that this couldn't have been just made. Got to my destination only to realize that my chicken was undercooked. Shame on me for not listening to the reviews. Never again!!!
This is a poorly run restaurant. Drive through only on a Saturday evening. At 7pm. I ordered my meals(2 12pc bucket meals). Was told they were making more chicken it would be 15-20 minutes. I agreed and was waiting in my vehicle for the order to come out. It took much longer than 20 min
Should've read the reviews before even thinking about ordering here.My parents drove all the way down in the rain to pick up order for the food to be told, " go cancel online, cause we ran out".When I called and asked if they had a sold out button online so people don't have to drive back and forth not knowing there food was not ready, she throws the phone back over to my mother and walks away.I called back to speak with the manager,asks me "what you want me to do, go cancel online "(not to mention no canceling instructions) and he just hangs up the phone while I am talking.No wonder, customers are commenting negative about employees rude behaviors.

KFC… you had me with these beyond nuggets but it’s not worth the hassle and the concern the workers are not prepping your food with care.I observed both employees with their nose fully out their mask. To be in such an upscale part of town this place is not that.

No matter how many times I go here its always something that makes me question my own sanity. If you like KFC don't go here! The only good thing about is that its close to me. The management team is inept, the employees ignorant. They are going to run out of chicken The rotisserie chicken is dry and chewy On this particular night, my children really wanted KFC, Ugghh. I ordered a 12 piece original Rotisserie mix. When I drove up to the window I asked to have a large coke added to my order. “You cant add to your order.” I was told. And I was then given a lecture. “I told you this a few days ago.” I let the lady know in no uncertain terms that I had not I been to KFC in the last year “No, you where here last week.” Then she informed me that she told the driver in front of me that he could not add to his order either. “Yall don’t know it messes us up and we aint doing it no moe.” I asked her “so how would I get a drink added to my order.” “Its too late now, you should have added when you ordered. ? I will never, and I mean never purchase from this KFC location again! You do at your own risk!
Horrible experience in store and through call center customer service. Why is a store with no chicken even open? But they make sure to process your card and then disrespectfully respond to you when you’re inquiring about your order. Customer service through the head office was no better and didn’t care to help much, you’re better off going to the Popeyes nearby with good food AND respectful service.
Rude employees. They don’t care about their job or customers. If you’re not happy about your job, LEAVE!! Customers should not be responsible for your bad mood or misery.
