Everything I order is incredible, never less. Betty, Amy, Eric, & Kevin are all great, and they always extra check my orders to ensure extra perfection. Every employee is friendly, always greeting with a smiling face :) The store is also clean & tidy. With my food allergies, I am happy to say they are very allergy friendly and I 110%+ approve! Love me some Jumbo Jumbo!
So normally I give 4 stars to places I like but I'm going with 5 stars for this one, and not just because I like the name although it did pique my curiousity. First ibtried the Taiwanese chicken combo which I liked and it is also very different from normal Asian style food so definitely a nice change. Also they had plum tea which I like and is also difficult to find and places that have plum tea or wine always seem to be out of stock for some reason. Anyways I recommend getting those.
Update 2/13/2022So… the portions are still good… like I said, however quality keeps getting worse…The soy sauce egg was taken out of the combos, and I found hair in my food today…This used to be a no brained go to, now I must reconsider if I want to order from them again… pretty disappointedUpdate 6/23/2021Quality is slipping a little, the Taiwanese chicken-tofu-squid ball combo was a little over fried... it was dark brown instead of the golden brown it used to be, compared to the previous times... :/Yummy food, the Taiwanese chicken has the authentic Taiwanese taste, bubble teas are good :) definitely pricey, but it is in Ellicott City, so...

Tasty food and tasty drinks. I'm glad they opened another location in Ellicott City because I used to live in Rockville and I missed their food there. They always accommodate my special requests well.

I called in for take-out & ordered the chicken combos for the 1st time. I asked for none of the meals to be spicy as the young lady was nice enough to give me a range from very spicy, mild or no spicy. After taking it home, my friend & I noticed that everything we ate was spicy from the appetizers & chicken to the fries. I couldn't even enjoy my pork rice as the seasoning used was overpowering the taste. Had to order food from Bonchon to appease our palettes. The customer service was excellent but the only thing I would get from here is their bubble teas.
Glad we decided to try this place! The beef noodle soup is the best we've had in the Baltimore area and the Taiwanese chicken is great as well. Looking forward to trying more of their dishes.
