They were rude and uncaring. My sandwich bread was hard as a rock. They didn't have any ham. I think my sandwich was made last week. My first and last visit.
Service was fast and food is good.

Scary fast as usual! I think there was 15 seconds between ordering and leaving. Crew looked like they have fun together which is nice to see.
It’s the only Jimmy Johns in the Ellicott City area that is open until 9 PM. The other places “close” at 8, even though they don’t lock the door or turn off the neon “open” sign.
Have to go get a sandwich from here from time to time to remind me of simpler times
