Amazing place! All servers are lightning fast with your order, very thoughtfull and went all above and beyond! Found this place with my parents and boyfriend by accident and had an amazing experience! Highly recommend! Especially shrimps)
Fantastic hot pot restaurant. The meat tasted very fresh, our overall favorite was the lamb. We had the original broth and the Spicey one and they were both tasty. The shrimp were huge and tasted amazing. The sides were endless and kept coming. The udon noodles had a great flavor to them. The employees were all nice and friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking!
I always love to come here it's cool to see ingredients rotating around and the food and restaurant is always clean and fresh
The choice of seafood and meats far exceeded those for vegetarians. I found the weekend evening charges at $31 definitely expensive. The vegge/ mushroom containers on the conveyor belt were not very clean though the service was good.
This is my first time to try out at this place. It taks me one hour drive from Pa to over there...... But I have to tell everyone be aware of their price. They don't post the price clearly both in the front and on the table. The server have to tell you the price verbally. They had price online for kids4-12 $16.99. But they charged my two daughters adult price instead. And the server gave the random excuse. I wont come back again for sure.
Where to begin. Once upon a time this was my absolute favorite hot pot place in the world. New owners took over and this is now my least favorite, bar none. Service. We were seated at a dirty table. We had no utensils. We received no beverages nor were we asked. My hot pot was turned on but my wife’s wasn’t. We asked for water, nothing arrived. We went up and asked again and still nothing arrived. Finally, after eating nothing and getting no water we asked for the manager and ultimately left, unfed, without beverages etc. Hot pot is simple. Give people broth, heat it up, give them a clean table, utensils, napkins and dishes and the customer cooks it themselves. How do you mess that up?
Hot N Roll Hot Pot is my go-to spot for hot pot. I've tried every soup option they have, this time, I enjoyed the Spicy Butter Chinese soup, and it is well worth the extra $2. The butter helped coat the food in the spices so well. The staff is so very attentive and has set up plenty of sanitizer around the facility, so everyone is protected from germs.
Came here on a Saturday night. Staff was attentive and explained how everything worked with the conveyor belt. The four of us had a great time. Seafood was fresh and the sauce bar was great! Soup base was delicious.
I did not like it but my husband liked it a lot they were patient and explained it well. It was a new experience for us. It was to out of the norm to me but my husband loved it and even tried squid for the first time. I'd say if you like asian\traditional chinese food you will like this. My husband will be definitely comming back but i will not .
Soooooooo yummy!! I suggest working out first so you get your money's worth!!
