Food is consistent, authentic, and so good. Service is prompt and professional. Always a great experience.
Pro : location.Con : Everything else.For starter, the 3+ rate is very unfair to other 3+ rate places because this location deserve negative 57 rate.Of course, I would say this location doesn't have a bad services since in order to have a bad service, you must have a service in first place while this place doesn’t have a slight service to be called for having bad service. Frankly, I encountered way better service from McDonald than this location.What makes it worse, is brazenness of their staffs.For food quality, this is a great place to wait your money. After all, even if you burn your money literally, you at least used it as a fuel for fire. Spend a penny at this location? I can’t think of a single benefit to do so.Well, I have to admit there is one good thing about visiting this location. This is a perfect place where you can learn what not to do. As long as any restaurants behave 100% opposite of this location, that’s how any restaurants should do.
I found a hair in my soup at last visit. I think the restaurant has poor hygiene. Waiting time was too long, and all servers are not kind. The food was not edible. Too salty and we taste send in our mouth. Horrible business mind and service. Terrible restaurant.
their tofu soup was not that great way too salty, workers were not that pleasant either. me and my friends forgot the tip on accident and one worker chased us and demanded tip extremely rudely. she said we should at least give them 15% (even tho its not required) and got upset when we only gave her 12% she kept trying to argue with us so we just walked away from the situation. i usually am not to complain abt restraunts but this one was too extreme. will NOT come again.
Food was subpar at best. We tried our best to eat it, but tasted sand in the food. We asked them about it and they had no comments and just gave us the check. Horrible service and food was terrible. They refused to even remake the food and instead started arguing with us. Never going back again.

Food is delicious with large portions. Don't expect top notch service though but its fair since prices are so good!

Food is authentic Korean cuisine. The server switched the order around and gave the wrong order to a family member who don’t eat meat. Luckily we caught it before everyone started to eat. Need to be very careful as this is a serious health concern.
