This is one of our favorites. The menu is varied and everything we have tried has been excellent. Specials are interesting and tasty. Our preferred server is Garrett. He always makes the experience even better . He has become a friend as well. This one is not to be missed
Grille620 was a surprise. We were looking for some place new for a birthday dinner on a Saturday night and OpenTable suggested Grille620. Snuggled in a new development on the outskirts of Ellicott City, the restaurant is not huge, but has a nice ambience for get together dinners for adults. The service by Kevin was excellent - attentive and willing to make suggestions that changed my mind from the Gnocchi and Lobster to the Seafood Risotto, which was excellent! My wife had the scallops on a bed of a potato puree which she enjoyed thoroughly. Wine selection was also very good. While the place was busy, it was easy to carry on a conversation. It is not cheap, final tab was higher than our normal night out, but this was a special occasion and well worth the recommendation.

We had a wonderful time at grill 620. The food was stunning (my husband had the tuna entree and I had a fish special), the cocktails well-balanced, and the dessert a lovely, decadent treat. Our server, Graham, was especially thoughtful and attentive.
We ate here for our anniversary. It was our first time. Everything from the service to the food was outstanding. We had several appetizers. The grilled octopus was amazing. The oysters from the raw bar were great. The entrees were all fantastic and so were the deserts. We will be eating here again!
One of the best meals Iâve had I. Along time! Everything was on point. From the service to the food. The manager Troy, was an added bonus. He went around and spoke to the guests, insuring we were enjoying our experience and meal. And he took his time and really listened to people. Great job and experience!
Food and service were excellent. The server did wonderfully with a picky child and another person who doesnât do seafood or red meat.
