Great customer service. Accidentally ordered the sparkling version of my order on the app and although my drink was already made, they remade it for me no problem! Always my go-to spot.

The place was spacious, with cafe style of interior and a red Eiffel Tower as a decoration that you can’t miss!We orderedBrown sugar smoothie with creme brûlé plus boba! It was really really really good! It’s foamy, soft not too sweat and very light! You’ll never realize that it’ll gone too soon, because you’ll be too satisfied with the floating feeling while slurping the drinks!Lychee Oolong Sparkling Tea with rainbow jelly!This one also very good! Refreshing and shockingly fresh!The wait was a lil bit too long, around 15-20 minutes for 2 drinks. Maybe that’s the trick so you’ll order another drink because the sip was faster that the wait! ?

Friendly staff (though it can be hard to hear your order number over the music depending on how busy it is) and tasty drinks. The new touch screen ordering is nice. The soft serve is good, and the 2 flavors rotate every week.
Used to make the pilgrimage to the Fulton location with friends, now I don't have to anymore and it's as delicious as I remember it being. Lot less foot traffic than its Catonsville sister store, and overall good ambience and quick service
Love this place! Wonderful staff! They are hard working, intuitive, personable and knowledgeable about their products! I received a great suggestion from one of the employees! My family and I go there for the Korean BBQ in Ellicott City and the Boba Tea! The staff makes you feel very comfortable. They treat everyone like friends and family. I recommend this place highly
