The workers has poor sanitation, they use same gloves for all orders doesn’t matter if we have allergies to that food, they literally used same gloves to make egg and hashbrown even after saying them i have egg allergies

Quick and efficient staff. Not a very convenient location for a drive-thru, but everything else was very good
The young lady cashier is rude. She always has her phone out! She made me wait until she finished sending a text before helping me the last time. Today she was holding her phone to her ear and talking while half helping customers. It doesn't make any sense. How is that ok? Maybe someone needs to talk to her about leaving her phone in the breakroom while working.
I thought it was important that I take a moment to talk about the great service I get every morning at Dunkin Donuts in Ellicott City. I’ve visited any number of other Dunkin stores and I can easily say I never get the personal service nor a guarantee that my order is correct like I do when I visit the Ellicott City store. Interestingly, there is at least one other Dunkin store closer to my home but I choose to drive farther to the EC store for the personalized service I get there. Seriously, they treat me (and the other customers) like a rock star! I walk in that door and at least two employees call out my name like I’m somebody important! I use the Dunkin app to place my order and it’s -always- ready and waiting for me when I arrive. The first person to greet me is the manager Kinjal Vihol who does an amazing job of customer relations. She remembers details about me and asks about my wife, my kids, and even my dog and refers to them by name! I mean, who does that? Kinjal does. Kinjal always makes sure my order is exactly what I ordered every … single … time. They NEVER mess up my order. That’s practically unheard of. I also want to commend the young lady Noor who is always courteous and pleasant and tolerates my silly comments! Elena has worked there for years and has always made it a point to call me by name and always double checks my order. Again, my order is always correct. And then there’s the gentleman they call Kaka. He and I usually commiserate about being older than the other Dunkin employees, all in good fun. I would highly recommend that you try the Ellicott City Dunkin next time you’re in the area. Perfect service and perfect coffee, every time!
