Before this, I didn't have problems with this place. Today, the woman made my sister's drink hot instead of iced (it's like 90° out!) and then argued with me over it when I told her it was made wrong. I tried to get a refund (she didn't give me a receipt for anything), but she just gave me a free drink because the lines were long. It wasn't even what my sister ordered- but my sister took it anyway bc she doesn't like conflict. For myself, I requested unsweetened tea w/packets of Splenda on the side bc I'm diabetic. I didn't find out my tea had sugar instead of artificial sweetener in it until I went home and started getting a feeling of burning pins and needles in my hands and feet shortly after drinking the stuff. My sugar levels *spiked* and I'm really upset.???I don't want to go back to get a refund either bc of the way they treated me when I tried to get my refund the first time. They were so dismissive and rude and it showed in the drinks they gave me. I recommend y'all avoid this place bc they don't follow directions.
April 12th, 2022' 10am, What kind of management allows an employee to work at the register with his ear phones on his ears, listening to music while customers are standing in front of him waiting to order? And obliged to remove only one ear phone to take the order yet must be still listening to music at the same time because I had to repeat myself 3 times.
Consistently, the worst tasting Dunkin I’ve been to. It’s like they never follow the actual recipe for the drinks and they always come out really bitter and watery. I even say exactly how much of each thing I want in the drink and it still turns out bad, very watery. I go there because it’s convenient to have the drive thru but never again.
The entry to this locations drive through is odd + DD management could put out better signage to guide the way. Kind of ugly that you drive past neighboring tenants back doors +6 large garbage bins.Once you get there it's ok staff was nice.
All the other reviews about the older couple being rude is very true. Unfortunately, this is my local Dunkin so it's my closest option. I almost always order through the app so that I can just grab my drink and get the hell out of there without having to talk to them. I have been coming here for about 5 years and I never had a good interaction with those two, especially the older man. I can sometimes tolerate the lady's attitude because she at least says "you're welcome" when you say "thank you" but the man grinds my gear. One time I used the drive thru and showed him the QR code from the app to pay. He scans it, I even heard the beep it made so I bring my phone back towards me but then he yells at me to show it again because he needed to scan it one more time. For some reason the first time, it only charged me half of my total so he needed to do a second scan. Sir, I can show you my phone again but there was no need to yell at me like I had no intentions of paying. The teenagers who I occasionally see working there provide better service than them.
This Dunkin is super close to me, however due to the incident that occurred just a few days ago has changed my perspective. This old, short, fat lady was giving me a headache, she continuously yelled at me, and I think she spit in my coffee, she truly a devil. She has ruined this Dunkin Donuts, disappointing. I hope she has her green card, if not I will let my uncle know who works at ICE.
Very fast service through the drive through, but the overall vibe at this dunkin is just off. Many employees have been rude and if you go to the drove through late at night (it's a 24 hour location), they sometimes will not answer which is frustrating. They also never tell you the price until you get to the window. Also they never stir up my coffee
Wow. First and last time at this Dunkin. Will drive out of the way to go to a different location. Employees are rude, can’t follow directions on the order, and gave a cup that was sticky on all sides.
Good breakfast, neat, service exemplary, restroom, to be kept cleaned.
Have been coming to this same Dunkin’ Donuts for about 4 years now everyone is always lovely and even know my order. I came on November 1st around 00:00-00:30 and a guy and a girl who considered to be married were yelling at us because THEY couldn’t get our order straight and instead of just doing the right one kept claiming how everything was recorded how I asked for something with bacon when I’m allergic to bacon and would never. They did not give us or charged us for one of our items so they made us go around the drive through again so they could make it and then when I’m at the window proceeds to tell us how they can’t do Apple Pay when we had just paid the previous order with Apple Pay. Do not know why someone would keep such rude and aggressive employees and that also got other two cars orders wrong.
