We love EC Coal Fire. Such friendly staff and everyone was so sweet. All the young ladies working had smiles on their face. The GM was there making pizzas and you could tell he takes pride in her workers. He treats them amazing and it shows. WTG to everything there. We love it.
We went to Coal Fire Pizza with the in-laws yesterday for lunch and it was AMAZING. Pictured is the 16" pizza my spouse and I ordered (had about 3 slices left over). The crust is super thin, just the way I like it. We got half regular cheese and half spinach & Italian sausage, and selected their classic sauce (which was more delicious than any "regular" type sauce I've had at other pizza places). I can wholeheartedly say this is the best pizza I've ever tasted!Regarding cost, I'd say it was comparable to other local pizza places. It is only slightly more expensive than generic pizza places and (of course) a million times better quality. For two 16" pizzas, a house side salad, regular house salad, and four sweet teas, the total was around $65 pre tip.All of the staff we interacted with were wonderful, especially our waitress who was cheerful and prompt with order-taking and drink refills. She assessed our readiness to order very precisely so that we weren't left sitting for ages after deciding what we were going to order. Definitely top-notch service. This was my first time visiting, but it's one of my in-laws' favorite restaurants and now I understand why! We'll definitely be back soon.(Editing to note that Coal House recommends only adding *three toppings at most* to ensure your pizza bakes perfectly. So be sure to keep to three toppings or fewer when ordering.)
Every Monday for several months I’ve been taking my brother to this location during their happy hour for the half price pizzas. My brother has autism and is non verbal and the bartender Carlin takes extraordinary care of everything he needs without us ever needing to ask for a thingBy the time we place our jackets on the chair she has our usual order already in and our usual drinks on the table before he comes back from the rest room. The food is always good, the atmosphere is always friendly and Carlin makes it an experience my brother wants to return to every single week. I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars
Bartender, Carlin, was awesome! Very outgoing and attentive to the customers!
I gotta stop going to these chains because they are god awful. Our pizzas were… wet? Like soggy. Our Parmesan cheese shaker had a fly trapped in it so I can only imagine what kinds of maggots are wiggling around in there. The only thing good were the wings. Gave the dogs the leftovers. Never coming back.
Terrific tasting pizza!! Thin, homemade crust. The service is wonderful. We ordered a pizza accidentally with hot tomato sauce, Coal Fire gave us a new delicious pizza ( no charge) with a milder sauce and a smile. Customer service doesn’t get better than that!
We love their PIZZA! But our service from the bartender and manager on March 27 during the NCAA game was less than appropriate. Unless your a regular don't expect much.
I had this pizza for the first time last weekend and it was amazing. There is such a big difference between cooking with a brick oven versus a traditional pizza oven. The crust was thin and sauce was good five out of five!
Pizza was really good! Loved the spicy sauce. Also tried the grilled ceaser salad, was very interesting, and had a asparagus flavor to it. The dressing was amazing!
Best pizza I have ever had. Service is awesome. Def try the in house made MOZZARELLA STICKS str8 ?
