Disgusting. The quality of chicken is hitting rock bottom. And why be cheap on sauces? Looking at reviews it seems like I’m not the only one.Compare this location with ones in Virginia. Need to change the management or go out of business. Never visiting here again.

Good chicken! Snow onion chicken had a good crunch, and soy garlic really enjoyed the flavor. Good is great, just need to give a better idea of the amount of food..some menus don't even say the number of wings. It would be good to have a container comparison to show sizes of what they look like. Also just the location itself seems a bit sad and dark. But for takeaway it's great.

I tried red sauced ones and fried ones. All the sauces are great. But chicken quality itself is more important than anything. For fried chickens, every single wing had feathers here and there. It's telling me they compromised quality of chicken they get from the vendors to cut cost. For red sauced ones, every single wing had feathers as well. They were just hidden under the sauce.I really would give 4 stars. Flavor is there. Rice breading is crispy. However, I was disgusted by poorly prepped chicken that had feathers coming through the bread crumbs.

Ordered side sauces, were half filled in a tiny plastic container for a $1.50 each

First time here. Ordered the special of chicken tenders for lunch. They came with delicious fries and great Cole slaw. The chicken was lightly battered and cooked to perfection. I had mine seasoned with soy sauce which was very good. They do have many other selections of seasonings and a lot of other choices for chicken dishes. I definitely will be coming back!

Was really good at the beginning but sometimes I got wrong pieces and size looks smaller than before. However customer service was good.

Chicken was very pricey and although it tasted good it wasn't worth the cost.

Heard good things about CM chicken from a few of my friends while back. Went to try it out today for the first time to compare w Bonchon chicken. Not bad. Not bad at all. If Bonchon has the crunch w soy garlic and hot sauce as their main weapon, CM chicken has more variety w different sauce w distinctively more Korean style fried chicken. We only got to try the Snow-white spicy and galic spicy chicken but they didn't disappoint. I personally liked the garlic spicy chicken better. Will be back to try the other flavors soon. Very soon. :)

I was a bit reluctant in trying this place after reading the mixed reviews, but I'm glad I did.We ordered the Red Hot Snow Onion and the Spicy Garlic chicken wings, and everything came out as better than expected. The wings were decently sized, as opposed an earlier reviewer complaining that they were too small.A word of caution, the Red Hot Snow Onion wings were very spicy, like kick you in the face spicy. If you’re the type who complains that Sriracha is too spicy, then you probably won’t enjoy this at all. However, if you’re a huge fan of ethnic spicy foods, it was easily my favorite so far from the menu. The Spicy Garlic chicken wings are far less potent and has a pleasant cinnamon after taste, which apparently is the more traditional flavor profile in Korea.I would highly recommend dining in for the sauced wings like the Snow Onion flavors, as it would get soggy quickly as take out.Although they do not have any draft beers on location, their canned and bottled alcohol are reasonable priced along with their food menu options.I'm looking forward to coming back and trying some of their other menu options.

Taste-wise, it’s pretty good - however, the amount of chicken they give you for the price is definitely disappointing. We had hard time believing that it was the whole bird. We thought it was cheaper than Bonchon, until we opened the boxes - it’s not that cheap.
