Would give it 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service experience ever. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was charged for an extra bowl, I saw the employee accidentally add the extra bowl to my order. I tried to clarify that I only ordered two bowls. She told me the total was correct. I thought, maybe the prices went up, so I paid it. When I received my receipt, I saw I was indeed charged for 3 bowls. I went back up to the counter and the way the employees completely ignored me was incredibly awkward and infuriating. When I was finally addressed I was argued with again before finally she admitted that yes I was over charged. Her manager came over to give me the credit. Equally rude and dismissive. Never again!
I am pregnant, chipotle website said it’s safe for pregnant women to eat all items, however today around 8:35pm I ordered online. I picked up at 8:50pm. After a few bite of rice, the rice were uncooked, so hard. I m worry about the rice has bacteria and I might have food poisoning, affecting the baby. If my baby has any issue l, chipotle needs to be responsible for everything!!
Ordered on uber eats. Received my food incorrectly. Called the store. Received the crappiest customer service .... YOUNG GIRL told me I received what I ordered. I told her that I did not. She hung up. I drove up the location. Was told that I can't get what I want because they don't have all the food. I wanted a refund. That was refused. I have to call customer service. I asked for that number. She didn't know. I asked for the girls name that hung up on me. Information was refused. I asked the manager for her name she then ignored me and went to the next customer. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE EVER. Wouldn't even give the 1star but had to do that to leave this message. I will call the main corp number for my refund! I'm really in such disbelief of this service.
This is a terrible location. We stopped going to this location because virtually every time we placed a pickup order it was wrong. It became so frustrating. After nearly a year of avoiding this particular location, we were craving Chipotle and placed a pick up order here because of the convenience. Nothing has changed: the order was wrong again. Bowls were missing some ingredients and included other ingredients that we didn't ask for. Visit chipotle, but avoid this location.
Had a craving for a quick burrito. Chipotle satisfied. Ibalways like their rice and salsa. The chicken and steak were ok. Not a huge amount of flavor. But for a quick bite, it was great.
One of the more consistent Chipotle locations in the area in terms of food freshness/quality. However, the parking lot is too small and right off of 40 so it's very crowded. Once tried ordering delivery through the Chipotle app from this location, only to have the driver call to say they were closed (unexpectedly at 6pm but their own app was still accepting orders lol)...
I don’t know why people have so many issues with this location my bowl is always on point online order and in house. They are very respectful to me in person and on the phone. They give me large scoops of steak and a huge dip for extra they have been awesome. Only compliant I have is price for extra steak 4.45 to me is a bit high because if you put all those cubes together I don’t think that’s a half of steak lol. But other then that I love this location. I stopped going to the one across the street from my house at the Windsor Mill Security location now themmmmmmm thank the lord they got closed down. Never any ingredients always out of sour cream like come on that’s a main one. Always rude nasty and knock off chicken and steak off the spoon to give you the bare minimum and when ask extra give you like three cubes and get nasty as hell !
This is the second time I found pieces of steak in my veggie bowl. I called corporate and they said they cannot always guarantee that a cross contamination of ingredients won’t happen.. I found that unacceptable considering many people have dietary restrictions. Funny thing is, I’ve only bad experiences at this particular chipotle. Will just avoid this location.
This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They never give you enough food especially for the. Crazy prices you pay. Tonight, I ordered for delivery thru DoorDash. Not only does it take over an hour and a half but the bowl is less than half full and is mainly rice. Keep in mind I paid $13 for a bowl then paid a tip (which I shouldn’t have) and still get practically nothing compared to any other chipotle.They say “well we’re busy and we might run out of food”. That isn’t my problem, charge me half if you’re giving me half. I don’t care about your problems, I’m going to get what I pay for.
Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. I've been there three times and they failed every time. One time asked for veggie taco with guac for my wife and they failed to tell me they don't have guac until it was time to add the guac. Ordered pickup another time and they literally gave me a tortilla and corn salsa with sour cream on it. Apparently they didn't have any of the other ingredients (and the Chipotle app said nothing, just took the money). Go for a drive and find a better Chipotle location if you can. Qdoba is also right across the street.
