The Black Forest and Tiramisu pastries in particular are outstanding. Will go back to try other on the menu.

I ordered two tier cake for my son’s first Birthday, I live in Philadelphia, so i made my local friend in Maryland pick it up for me, It turned out amazing.Everyone is surprised by the hand work on the cake and the taste is amazing, Iam glad i ordered cake from cake wala in the last minute.

Beware! Especially strict vegetarians. Cakewala sells non veg puffs as vegetarian puffs.I had bought veg puffs from Cakewala and on taking a bite at home, I sensed it tasted different,. On opening it, it was filled with boiled eggs. I've called the shop and left messages with the staff but not even an apology from the owner. Very Disappointing and distressing experience!!

Great food always . Best chat place in the area.Samosa chat was very good.

Not commenting on food since I didn’t experienced it but when I visit cake wala I have bad experience where they even not writing a name on cake.! If I ask why and when can it happen, they jus simply said if you wish you can buy or leave.! This is not the way how to do business.! Extremely disappointed.!

Alllll the mango!!! Yes! Delicious light and fluffy cake slices, very pretty baked with premium ingredients...about $3 per slice, lots of flavors. Great service

They have the best cake and I love all the flavors that they have. All their food on the menu are excellent too. Only thing they might be lacking is the customer service. No smile or welcoming feeling when you go to the store and also they take a long long time to prepare the food. Since the quality of food is good I will definitely go back.

Customer service is atrocious. on 01-01-2021 When I called to place an order, the man behind the counter answered the phone rudely and said he was busy, and hung up the call when I was talking. When I called a second time, he picked up the phone and kept me on hold for a few minutes before hanging up. When I called a third time and inquired why he had hung up, he stated he was very busy. I placed my order for Black Forest cake and he said to pick it up at 6:00 pm. When I arrived at 6:20 pm and inquired about my order, he said it was not available because I was late, and he asked me to pick something else. I was so disappointed. When I asked him why it wasn't ready when I made my order in advance , he stated rudely that it was delayed and asked me to wait another 15 minutes. While I was waiting, a couple walked in after me, and randomly looking for something and asked him for the same cake he told them to wait for it and when the cake was ready he served their order first, i am very disappointed. The guy certainly needs some customer service training.

This place is not worth the wait and value. The pastries aren’t sweet enough or flavourful to be palatable. The quantity is not sufficient to fill even half your appetite. Certainly a skip for people who like to have a lavish and tasty dinner. It doesn’t have a dine-in option and the staff aren’t very courteous and friendly as they just make you want to leave the place as soon as you can. Please don’t go to this place. A kind advise.

I paid $15 for one butterscotch pasty and one set of five macaroons. I'm willing to pay for good quality and I wanted to love them. But the pastry had almost no taste, only a faint coconut taste and the macaroons at Costco are way better and way less expensive.
