We had a very nice carry-out meal one day in January but the place itself was not very clean and not at all organized as far as service. Waited in line for pick-up for a long time!
Great staff very friendly and polite. Chicken Pot Pie is fire!!! Meatloaf was awesome as well.
I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 ...THE FOOD I RECEIVED WAS THE WORSE I EVER GOT FROM THE ELLICOTT CITY RESTAURANT!!¡!!!!! MY MEATLOAF WAS HALF DONE AND WATERED DOWN!!!!!! THE BOWL I ORDERED WAS JUST THROWN TOGETHER IN BOWL THE SIZE THAT WOULD FIT A WHOLE CHICKEN.

Portion sizes have changed, drastically. The 1/2 chicken meals we had were the size of Cornish hens, and they weren't cooked all of the way through. Nearly $50 wasted on food we couldn't eat. The sides weren't so bad. The cashier was really nice.
There is an older black gentleman that works there, and he needs a solid $22/hr for his customer service skills alone!! Food is always good, except last time. They were out of creamed spinach. I was hurt a little, but luckily the other sides are good. ??
Your website and google say you’re open until 11pm on Thursdays. I pulled up at 9:55pm and watched a team member lock the doors. I walked up to the building and the team member in fact had closed the building. If you don’t want customers then change your hours to reflect when you’re actually open. I drove all the way home from a work trip in New Jersey and was planning on Boston Market for dinner for my family. What a huge disappointment. I run restaurants myself for a living and my advice to you is that the COVID mentally of wanting to get home early needs to end otherwise you will fail. You either want to make money or don’t. Please change your hours to reflect what you are actually open so you don’t waste anyone else’s time.
Good but lacked the flavor typical of their food. Maybe the cook dosnt know how to season the food.
Definitely has made a change for the worst. Chicken was undercooked and the sides looked and tasted blah! No more BM for me!
