Bippys was a great hangout pre covid. The place is now completely worthless. They are closed at random, don't answer their phone, and if they are open, they have no food. Either operate the restaurant or close/sell it to someone else. It's so bad that I wonder if it's not a front like a few other places on rt 40 Ellicott city nowadays.
My absolute favorite Hole in the wall. It's nothing special, but the food is delicious and inexpensive. No sushi anymore Sadly, but the Wings are always Crispy. Great People, Great Food & Drinks, and Great Prices. What more could you ask for?
Always have a great time at Bippy's. My fav is their old bay wings and turkey rachel. Burgers are also awesome, when I'm in the mood for one. They're always friendly too.

An ellicott city classic. Its the only.place you can order wings, beer, and sushi in one place. Try the bay chicken sandwich.
