Firstly, the staff is not great, they do not answer questions and are generally rude. We ordered the mango yakult tea and got something with Jasmine and pomelo in it, with no sign of mango or yakult.
One of the best bubble tea in the area. Will definitely share it with my friends and have a second visit. I visit every tea shop in the area.
BEST bubble tea place in town. Clean and have air purifier in restaurant. Great options and very nice staff. My husband Neanderthaled the drink lid and it cracked(totally on him, the drink ware quality is great!) so I asked to replace the lid if possible and the lady didn’t want us to worry about any plastic pieces from the lid in the drink so she helped us replaced the whole drink. Their milk tea, slush, and the yogurt drinks are all super tasty ? and customizable, way better than other chains in my opinion.
Staff was not friendly and the drinks were not good. I've had a taro slush from a lot of places and never had one with chunks of something (not boba or jelly). It was not advertised these chunks were in the slush or I wouldve said, no thanks. The other drinks we ordered were not good either. No chunks, but off tasting.
Tea is great but overpriced. Music is sometimes way too loud. I came one morning about 20 minutes past opening time and the door was locked, another customer was also there and had been waiting as well. We waved at the staff inside and they just looked at us. I had to call and ask about their hours for them to come out to open the doors.
The first time I came here my mango cheesefoam slush was perfection. All the flavor notes were perfect! On my second visit, I got a matcha cheese slush and it was just ok. A little bland (not enough matcha and the cheese top was like just plain cream)and had ice chunks in the bottom.I'll be back to try another drink though.The cafe is very comfortable, bright and clean, but music was kinda loud.

Finally I feel like there's a premium bubble tea place. Establishment does a great job with showing that they use genuine products. I got the black rice taro tea and there are chunks of taro at the bottom which I appreciated. I don't like much sugar in my drink so I went with 30% sugar and it was still delicious.

Wonderful milk tea and fruit tea. Ordered Peach Oolong Milk tea and Mango Pomelo Sago, both were so delicious
