Two out of Three ain’t bad? Typically our experience of Bella Mia has been excellent, however tonight we ordered a panini and 2 cheese steaks and one was just pathetic. We ordered the same thing a few weeks ago and they knocked it out of that park. Maybe an off night, but still disappointing.
First time here but we ordered pizza for pick up it was ready on time and it was really good .We will be definitely coming back for more !!Better than Pizza Hut and dominos .
While the food was very good, the delivery was atrocious! Ordered online with an initial estimate of 30-45 minutes. As delivery time neared, I checked the slice app and noticed that they had added another 15 min to the time. That time passed so I called the shop (took many tries to finally get through) to find out the status - now at 1:15 hrs. They said that they were short of drivers and to please wait - sounds like poor management. I tried to cancel but they said it was too late and I'd have to go through their online service privider. So I waited ... after 1:30 hrs, it finally arrived. Will def not be ordering delivery again any time soon. If I knew the wait time was going to be so long, I would have gone to pick it up myself.

When I place my order over the phone the guy that took my order really did not understand English really well and I got my order I did not have one thing that I ordered and when I called them back and told them what happen the lady ask me if I need it Delivered and I said yes please and she put me on hold it's not my fault that they man doesn't understand English real well so she told me that I can't get it Delivered so my whole family has there beside me this is not good customer service at all
Pizza was okay at best.They charged me $4 extra because I wanted to use a credit card. They did not tell me this when I placed the order. When I told them they really should have, the lady who checked me out said; "never tell anyone" and that was that.I am not sure if their ownership changed but the place and the atmosphere was nothing like before COVID times.
I ordered from here throughUber Eats tonight because they offered so many different menu items and everyone wanted something different in the house. We ordered fettuccine with chicken, steak and chicken quesadilla and fried fish platter. When the order arrived, I was in the shower so the food may have been sitting outside for a few minutes in the cold but when I opened the bag, everything was still piping hot. That's impressive. Regarding the food, it was excellent and the portions were large. They definitely dont skimp like some of these restaurants are doing now. It's also very rare to find restaurants that can do it all. We were very impressed and will probably become regulars.
Quite literally the worst takeout experience I have ever had. I ordered from them via UberEATS twice and each time was awful. After getting the toppings wrong in my pizza and forgetting a side the first time, the second time I stuck with sandwiches and they still messed that up. One of the sandwiches was the fish sandwich which was just bread and fish. No mayonnaise, no tartar sauce, no lettuce, tomato, etc. Just bread and fish.I will never order from here again and likewise advise others to go elsewhere.
Been ordering from them for a very long time. Really fast delivery.To me, their pizza is ok. Not a big fan.Wings are the best around. Big fan of Buffalo Gills sauce.Sandwiches are pretty good, could be a bit bigger.
We stopped in to pick-up a sub meal special subs ff and a drink. The sub was great alot of French fries for the $$ Mu husband love his food too .service was great and the food we waited for because it is made up fresh.
