Horrible customer service. I’d recommend anywhere other than this location. Absolutely mean people and dirty store. Black mold around the inside of the ice cream freezers
Basking Robbins, lady worker at the drive thru tonight did not have gloves on when handing me my dipped Ice-cream cone, and other icecream cups. She was barehanded and I could see hand contact with her fingers on my dipped coned. Did not received a receipt/ wasn’t asked if I needed one and I prefer to have one. The drive thru menu doesn’t list ice cream flavors. I asked about the kinds of flavors and I understand there is a lot but I just wanted to know a few options but instead I was told “32 flavors” which wasn’t helpful. Hopefully I wasn’t lied too but out of the 32 flavors, Reese’s was unavailable tonight despite it being available on the doordash app. Also, we weren’t given any napkins.
Scoops ice cream and serves it with their bare hands. They really should be wearing gloves. That is a health concern.
They did a job with the birthday cake I ordered.
Two things: the good part is that this BR is open 24 hours. You get most of the items on the menu all through the night. The bad part: the customer service is very poor. The last at the counter is pretty rude and unprofessional. Not sure if she's like this always. But that gives this location BR a 3/5.
We were five family members buying ice cream.My son asked for a sample and the guy named Krishna rudely refused and said "NO samples.".Very rude staff.. non professionals...
I just don't know you have only one thing to do serve coffee and can't even do this right. Hash browns were soggy and old. Customer service sucks..I don't know why these people can't serve right. very unprofessional behavior. When the drive thru person gave me coffee he spilled half on my car and wouldn't stop spilling until I got the cup...I had to ask him can I have napkin. I want Dunkin Donut corporate to know these people are messing up big time.
Just visited this location late night. If I could give this lady -10 star I would! Very impatient and rude! All she cared about is her timer and money. She couldn’t speak english well and it was hard to understand her. She messed up our order. I do not recommend this location.
