The perfect pre-gig foodie spot. Having never heard of this place I kept it simple with the order. I went for the regular cheeseburger and a salad. Everything came out perfectly. We also got the bbq burger. They have a wide variety of things to choose from. You will be pleased.
I know money is everything, and covid changed a lot, but the only reason I went was for the happy hour buffet. Loved the potatoes, wings, and pasta dish. Now, the quantity and size of the wings on the starters menu are way too small, especially for the price. And, the waitress said the style of potatoes that were on the past buffet are no longer available. I'm sorry, they were the best. Charge more for the buffet if you have to, but don't take the original away. please fix this and I may return. I used to suggest Bare Bones to my friends for happy hour. Not any more unless things change.
Its been a while since we've been here. The last couple of times service was not great. The wait staff was not very attentive or timely with service. This time though, service was great, the waitress was very attentive in refilling our water and checking in. I got the full rack if ribs which were falling off the bone tender and delicious! For sides I had fries and Cole Slaw.I would definitely recommend.Also the crab dip is amazing, no pictures, but get it!!
Great atmosphere, great service, great food and the other patrons were great also. I highly recommend this location. This was our lunch but we also got dinner to go because it was so yummy.
I Went To Bare Bones For The First Time, To Celebrate My BFF'S BIRTHDAY!We Ordered Naked Buffalo Wings, With Old Bay Seasoning On The Side, And Ranch Dressing! I Had Buffalo Chicken Tenders With Celery And Blue Cheese Dressing, And White Chicken Chili, And Another Had A Cheesesteak Sub With Fries! Got So Excited Celebrating And Eating, That I Forgot To Photograph Our Meal Choices!!!The Birthday Girl Had Wine, And We Had Iced Tea, And Half & Half! Our Waitress Was Sunny, And She Took Great Care Of Us, And Was Very Cordial!! I Will Be Returning!
The food was tasty, the server was nice.Unfortunately the organization was horrible.One item we ordered we were told they were out of. Later that evening we see two of that item delivered to 2 tables near us. We were upset, and our server wasn't impressed either.Additionally we had the wrong food attempt to be delivered to our table 3 or 4 times that same night.And.. they accidentally gave me a 1/2 rack instead of a full rack. I hadn't noticed until later when they brought out the full rack, taking away the started 1/2 rack.If this was just one server I would believe it was that individual, but multiple times by multiple servers indicates a management problem.
I use to love this place as the crock of beans was my favorite go to food. After visiting two other establishments which had incorrect closing times posted, I called Bare Bones. The lady that answered said the carry out was closed, but the kitchen is open until 11:00. I was happy because I would be able to get the beans. We arrived to a live band playing and people dancing, wonderful. We sat at the bar for about ten, maybe 15 minutes before having to interrupt the server so we could place our order. She placed one napkin down and flung the other one. The person I was with asked for a menu, which she supplied. She disappeared for quite some time and the other bar maid had to be chased down about 15 minutes later just to place an order. After placing the order with the other barmaid the original one returned back to the area. I watched as they both happily served and checked on everyone else but us. About 20 minutes or so, our food arrived. The sides were cold and the Salmon bland and luke warm. Any other day I would have sent it back, however, I was famished. Sad to say, I don't foresee returning to this establishment.
went midday, super good time for the happy hour deals! not super busy, our waiter johnny was so nice! great menu selection, ordered some appetizers and drinks to start! had the maryland mule - very good! mozzarella sticks and buffalo chicken dip, so so good. highly recommend the dip!! then ordered the bare bones bbq burger- soooooo good. love the food here, definitely great comfort food.
The food send service were very good. Especially the waitress... she was super friendly and on top of it! The food was well prepared. I've never received a bad baked potato there... they are the best! Very pleased with tonight.
Ive had the time of my life! The staff and food are equally perfect. Ordered the rib & crab cake platter with drinks. My family had a great time. This is my new go to celebration resturant. Thanks bare bones staff!
