The people that work drive thru at this Arbys are so dumb it takes 15 minutes to order a sandwich kid was rude as he could be
Had lunch here and it is very nice and clean inside and out! The Roast Beef is excellent. Service was very good also and we will go again in the future!
The food here is consistently good and the service is fast and friendly. I most recently had the reuben sandwich for the first time and was very impressed. The bread was soft and the corned beef was tender and thinly sliced. Can easily rival local deli shops in quality. My go to is the french dip & swiss. Thank you for the great food and service!
Only 2 cars in drive thru yet took a little under 10 minutes to get 1 meal - roast beef, FFs & a soda. Screwed it up like they did to the couple B4 me. Cold meat didn'thelp!
Honestly I don't even want to give this one star. The meat on both our sandwiches was mostly fat, super chewy and gross. They had no sauces. ALL the sodas were flat. They didn't tell me they were out of marinara ( I wouldn't have ordered motz sticks) When I spoke to the manager about what happened he said sorry and walked away. 42 dollars later and they couldn't even refund my money? That's ridiculous. I will never be back. P.S. they did refund my money after I told them they needed to
I got a chicken wrap and the mac n cheese. The chicken wrap was, frankly, kind of a mess, and it was obvious that the mac n cheese had been microwaved (some spots were still cold, others hot). Not very appealing overall.
Latest and last time we were at this location was a few days before Christmas. My husband and I needed to eat quickly during an errands run. We paid for extra meat and got 3 very thin slices on 4 sandwiches. When asked if this is the usual amount of extra meat, the girl who took our order and packed our bag took a few seconds to answer, weighing her words. Then she admitted it was not and the people who wrap and place the sandwiches in their proper slots did not, so clearly not her fault (eye roll).When this Arby's first opened, I was so happy and they were really fabulous. The quantity and quality of their food and their customer service was superb. Now, not so much. Maybe they have favorites and treat certain customers differently but me and my family will never go back there again. They had employees sitting in the customer seating area on their phones. The ice machine didn't have ice and the soda was warm. Not conducive to a happy meal.
Could not use restroom. No ice and had to have exact change. Besides walking in and seeing the whole place filled with smoke. Crazy crazy.
I like this arbys the food is always hot and they have great customer service however today I was shorted in fries and my sandwich had to much tarter I specified little and they gave alot please pay more attention to the orders unless the drive through person didn't know how to edit my order over all they do good usually
Arby's is always a treat. But the new rib sandwich was the quality I would expect at a sit-down, linen tablecloth, cloth napkin restaurant. Mmm.
