The picture below was one of two identical “cheesy Gordita crunches” made on soft taco shell and not the flat bread, we opened it up and took a picture as you can see below. We called two different numbers that ended up never being answered. I paid over $5 each for these. The next day I drove up to Elkton to specifically speak with a manager. I went into Taco Bell and immediately wondered why I heard an employee turn away from the counter and ask “is the dining room open?” “No, it opens at 4” someone answered back.. all employee backs were to me. It was weird. I vocalized I needed to speak with a manager..and again no response from these “employees” aka children. Then a gentle human being approached me from the back and it’s Brandon- the manager. He was amazing and embarrassed by the pictures I showed him of our previous order. I wasn’t rude Bc I thought it may have been someone’s first night on the job the night before. I told him I just wanted them made right and he was so kind and made them. He gave us some incentives for the messed up order and I was out the door. I give him 5 stars for how he has to deal with the environment he’s in. Other than that/ Taco Bell needs to train employee’s how to speak to the public when they’re at work. Making eye contact and using words would be a great step. The place is never open. And is usually out of eveything when you order. That genuinely was the last time we will ever go to that location. Absolutely disgusted and I’ve worked in food and beverage for 15+ years.

Asked for no tomatoes. Spent 10 minutes picking the tomatoes off. And yall want 15 an hour ?. Can't even read or follow simple instructions.

Watched this woman stuff her face with 2 burritos while we waited over 20 minutes for a door dash all while taking order on headset and touching computer screen, she did not wash her hands unless you considered licking fingers and wiping them on a towel

I went to this Taco Bell while traveling at night and I needed to use bathroom for five minutes but they did not let me in or let me use it. Even the lady was and being a woman she should understand a few situations. Really bad experience.

Food's always fresh and the staff is great. Despite being under staffed, like every other business, they get you through the line as quickly as possible with courtesy & a smile. I give them all 5 stars! Keep up the great work!

Never has anything & not staffed enough to stay open most nights. The owner of this franchise should be embarrassed when the kfc taco bell down the street is doing better

Good food and quick service. If you're looking for fast food, go enjoy some tacos.

Stop with the family when traveling. My bag of chips for my box was half full and broken in little pieces. There was 2 whole chips in the bag. They shouldn't have been served. My 3 year old sun only eats the cinnamon twist so we ordered him a bag. There was 8 twist in the bag didn't even cover the bottom of the bag. We used the drive thru it took almost 20 minutes. At the window two people were just standing there doing nothing one on there phone. Don't waste your time or money.

Food was well made but the drive thru service was a little slow. Staff seems fairly friendly and accommodating.

Staff was so polite and work well under stress! I’d placed a mobile order so I didn’t know until I got there that they were short staffed and out of items needed for my order. The girl working drive thru was so professional and polite, helped me figure out substitutions for my order. The food was great and worth the wait. Kudos to them, it must be so stressful to work a lunch rush without everyone or everything they need. They did a great job!
