So disappointed! We haven't been here for a couple years, but took the kids because they love the roller skating servers and having the food delivered to the car. We pulled up and had to ring the buzzer 3 times (waited about 3 min in between rings) to get an answer. The girl was very short and snippy with us (it was NOT busy at all). The screen was broken so you couldn't see your order or pay carside. We ordered and it took about 15 min to get our food brought out. The girl walked out (no roller skates on anyone) and shoved the food though the window. When I explained that I hadn't been able to pay carside, she said, "Duh", snatched the card and sauntered back inside. Our food was room temp at best. I got the cheesy tots and not only were the tots cold, but the cheese was congealed. Kids liked their burgers well enough, but said it wasn't good enough to want to return. Overall, very disappointed and will not return.
This was our 4th and final trip. All 4 trips our food wasn't made right. The last trip my wife ordered a breakfast bacon egg and cheese on Texan toast. Not sure the exact name. Well it came as a hamburger patty, cheese, raw bacon, lettuce tomato, pickle and ketchup. Not one thing was right except the toast. I ordered the bacon on bacon burger ketchup only. The boy said he didn't know how to put it in as ketchup only but he would tell them verbally. Well that was wrong too. Lucky thing I checked because I can't eat mayonnaise. I get sick. This had a ton of mayo, lettuce, pickle. No ketchup, and that was the only thing I wanted on it. I took mine back because I checked it. We got all the way to North East and notice her sandwich was as described above.Usually they are nice, but that last 2x there the workers were sitting on the counters and doing nothing and the girl was rude. Two diff girls, two diff trips. No thank you, your welcome, welcome to sonic, nothing. Hey can I take your order? Ok pull up to the window.We are as polite as we can be.Stay far away after 5pm. Lazy and rude, and somehow can't get sandwiches correct.
I visited this location last night 5/16/2022 and I was very disappointed. maybe i came on the wrong night or something i dunno. The wait was really long and most frustrating they were out of half of the friggin menu including burgers and SHAKES!!!!! I just drove off, which I rarely do.....and I rarely write bad reviews. But the Elkton location gets an F or a D- at very best
I ordered a double sonic burger with everything but mayo and they only put mayo in it. The one thing I didn’t want they put in there. I like sonic and always have but this one is not good at all.
Its OK. I mean fast food is fast food after all. But a nice thing that sets it apart is the wide variety of drinks. And all day breakfast is nice too... Service speed was a huge problem when the pandemic began, and communicating as such would have gone a long way during ordering.
Can't even say I know how the food is. The last time we tried to get drinks and left the drive-thru line because it was taking way too much time (who wants to wait 20+ minutes for frozen drinks?). We went again today and went to eat at a pull-in spot. We hit the button to say we were ready to order and no one took our order. The screen eventually just timed out. So after sitting there for a significant amount of time we left without placing an order.Don't go unless you have a lloott of time on your hands.
The service was not that great but the food was very disgusting. First i ordered through the mobile app and had a cheeseburger and added bacon. Did not revive the bacon (i payed extra for). With that same order i had also gotten a Recess milkshake. When i started drinking the milkshake it tasted amazing but on the whipped cream i saw a bunch of hair particles. When I say a bunch I mean A BUNCH. It was literally covering the whole whipped cream I was so disgusted ??. Also ordering through the mobile app should be quicker right? Wrong. The order probably took 28+ mins minimum and it was just not worth it. Not sure if i’m gonna come back after an experience like that.
Today's meal was horrible. My husband and I drove up, proceeded to place our order with ease. The food came out at a reasonable time. We both ordered a #3. Double Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. One with a medium coke and the other with a chocolate shake. The burger were so dried out to a burnt taste and the fries were cooked too long they were hollow. Your oil needs to be changed. I just love their food. It's always fresh and Fri. The milkshakes are made from real ice cream, and you can taste it.
