Stopped to pick up chicken for dinner and french fries to munch on the way. We didn't notice they forgot the fries until after we had pulled away. We got back in the drive-thru and they ran them out to us insted of making us wait to get to the window. Very good customer service. Everyone makes mistakes but it is how you deal with them that shows your true quality.
I will absolutely never eat here again!! I went through the drive thru and ordered a 16 pc family meal with Mac and cheese. Fries and 2 lg mashed potatoes along with a 8 pc spicy nugget. The service was fast but not accurate! I pulled forward to check my order I got a16 pc chicken a lg mashed potato 2 small red beans and rice… so I was missing my 8 pc spicy nugget and a lg mashed potato I tried to go inside and both doors were locked so I went back through the drive thru and explained in my order I received I got items that were not mine and told them what I was missing! The Spanish girl running the window told me that they were out of mashed potatoes. And I was like how can u run out. Then she proceeded to give me mashed potatoes after she told me they were out. She took the items back that were not mine and put them on the warmer plate to give to someone else. I asked her to throw them away!! I told her people are crazy and I could have spit in them and that she was nasty putting them back!! I’m sorry I don’t want food that has been in somebody bag and gone thru! That’s is nasty and totally a health code violation! DONT GO HERE!! I will never again I’m trying to get a number to corporate or to district manager!!
NEVER AGAIN. 1st time Popeye’s customer. Total cost: 8piece box meal and 8piece butterfly shrimp meal. $34.32 with tax. Very bad drive-thru experience. Cold food. Ripped off. No biscuits with 8 piece meal. Just handed a soda. No one asked what kind of soda I wanted with the shrimp meal. Staff was friendly and polite though. Go to a different fast food place if you want a hot meal and the correct food.
Train employees to have a customer service minded attitude if you are in the restaurant industry! Ask, Listen, Don't Assume!
Muliple times very slow service, if you can even give them the word "service" with a straight face. Horrible. One time, they had me pull forward in the drive through and wait for 20 minutes until I walked inside and my bag of food was just sitting on the counter. Manager was super rude and argumentative. Two days ago, I did an online order and when I got there, they were out of all kinds of sides. I asked for a refund and they said they can't refund an online order. So I was stuck with cole slaw as a side and it was bland and awful. Worth the trip to go to the one in Bear, DE across from Fox Run Shopping Center.
Business has untrained workers and doesn't have orders ready....claims they only have chicken available that customer did not order and sent my order out with door dash..also claims that there is no manager on duty and we have to figure it out? Take what we have or nothing?
Idk know what's going on there but the chicken is ?. They got my order wrong and Idk how when he repeated back to me. I ask for mild and I got some mild and some spicy. They have no idea what they are do. Yeah I won't be back.
One of all-time favorites places to eat at. My kid lives the spicy chicken sandwich .i agree they are scrumptious and highly addictive.. we give this place a high five out of five.à
Update: it's hit or miss with this location ( Big Elk Mall), tonight I went and the line was way long but it moved along consistently, other times I go and there will be 2 car and I sit at the speaker for up to 3-5 mins before they even come in and take my order. I have been using the app and it seems to be a little better but they are still hit or miss when it comes to getting my order right or serving hot fries. I love Popeyes, I just wish they could get their service together.Ordered a Chicken sandwich & fries and was asked to pull up and wait. Waited 15 mins for a single chicken sandwich and when I finally got it the fries were Ice cold
If you want cold food and a long wait stop by this Popeyes in Elkton. They will even throw in a attitude for pointing out the stale food they are trying to serve you.
