We ordered Pizza Hut yesterday to be delivered. It was honestly the worst meal I’ve had in a long time, and we are not picky at all. The pizza was over cooked and dry. Honestly seemed like it was cooked on crackers and the toppings were dry and overcomes. The cheese sticks were the same and appeared to be bread sticks not cheese sticks. The marinara tasted like it was full of some type of sweetener. This meal was not cheap and there was not one person in my not so picky family that ate their food. I’m out over 60 dollars and we had to eat at the ballpark which ended u being better than the meal. Very disappointed
Called after a hour asking about order.was tolled the driver knocked for 7 minutes and then leftOnly problem I Wes working in the Garage and no one drove by .WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER.they didn't even call.I can't give them 0 stars but they have lost a regular costumer
Let me explain what has happened the last few times I’ve ordered from this location. I was told today that Pizza Hut doesn’t offer this option anymore. So they need to take it off of their site if that’s the case.First time I chose the “no-contact” option & even wrote in the instructions to please leave the order at the door. Delivery person didn’t do this. I mentioned something about it. They didn’t say much in regards to it. I don’t think they made me sign.2nd time the driver dropped off the order & didn’t make me sign. They simply dropped it off & followed instructions.3rd time the driver knocked multiple times. Told them they can just leave it there. They said I had to sign. I mentioned choosing the “leave it at the door” option & they said that it was an out of date option and sorry for the misunderstanding.Okay so if that’s the case,Pizza Hut needs to take it off of their site. If it’s a local thing then they should be following what it says on Pizza Hut’s site and not doing whatever they want.One driver followed directions,others didn’t. So what’s the real deal with the no-contact option?
Food arrived quick and was hot! We ordered cheese stuffed crust and cheesy bread and everything tasted amazing! Aaromous was our delivery driver and we just absolutely love him! He is always so kind and funny and has the biggest smile every time we see him! My children just adore him! He's our FAVORITE delivery driver! Thanks again Aaromous (sorry if I fudged the spelling) and thanks again Pizza Hut!
Update 2022: Prices have gone up, quality and service has gone down like everything these days. 4/52020: 5/5 stars. Great service, great food. Great place!
While the wait staff was awesome. The food was not as awesome. My wife got a upset stomach from it and bill was nearly $90 for 2 pizzas bread sticks and 4 drinks. If I was you I'd definitely run from this place
I ordered delivery for my family this evening. When this Pizza Hut took too long I called to inquire about my order. I explained to the guy on the phone that we just moved to a new development so that’s why our address doesn’t show up in the system. Now, we’ve ordered pizza at least six times since we moved here in February and we’ve never come across this issue! This guy, with the nastiest attitude, told me that he would continue to talk over me and that he refuses to have his driver driving all around looking for a house. I gave him a valid address and instructions on how to get to my home. This dude continued to holler at me so I went up to the store. He claimed that he was the manager when I got there and continued to disrespect me by hollering over me and refusing to process my delivery. The least he could do is nicely offer for us to pick up the food but because of his attitude I refuse to purchase from here again. After looking at the other reviews this seems to be the norm for this store. Do yourself a favor and save your money! Don’t order from this store!
Found one! Sit in Pizza Hut!!! There a no sit in Pizza Huts in the Newark/Bear/New Castle area that I am aware of...so to find this one is great. The pizza tastes better when you eat it hot. The food here is great and the place is clean. Worth the drive
Pizza and wings were on point. Quite surprised as how good everything was compared to other Pozza Huts we have been to.
WELL, TO BEGIN WITH, I HAVEN'T HAD A PIZZA FROM PIZZA HUT IN A LONG TIME. SO I DECIDED TO CALL AND PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER. AND WHEN I DID, I WAS EXPLAINING TO THE LADY, BUT WHEN SHE TOLD ME HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST ME!! I HONESTLY SAID THERE WAS NO WAY FOR THAT TO COST THAT MUCH WITH DELIVERY CHARGE INCLUDED!! WHEN I CAN ORDER THE SAME EXACT THING FROM THEIR COMPETITION FOR ALMOST $9.00 CHEAPER AND IT'S A LOT BETTER AS WELL !! AND THAT INCLUDES THE TIP AND DELIVERY CHARGE. !! I'M SORRY TO SAY THAT PIZZA HUT ISN'T SO HOT F
