Driving thru to up north and stopped at Hampton Inn in Elkton off 95. Pats delivers however I took a ride to town - short 2 mile ride. Ordered to go the avocado wrap and slice of pizza. Waited maybe 15 minutes. Wrap was awesome (I didn’t change the ingredients) and came with a side. The French fries were amazing too. Fresh and flavorful. Service was friendly and customer oriented. Restaurant looked very clean and welcoming - family oriented. I recommend Pats.
Nice place, nice food, great costumer Service! It was our first time at that store and it was a great experience! The female manager was very nice and helpful she recommended us to try their best dishes and we really liked all of them! Totally recommend it
I went in this store to order food and as I’m waiting my food I watched a female supervisor separating pizza slices in the oven with her bare fingers no gloves, she was also touching her nose face and clothing with those same fingers as she prepared food. Be careful where you go to eat, make sure they make cleanliness a priority! This just happened today around 12:15pm… she was working the oven and using her hands instead of a utensil smh. Never coming back again.
I visited a friend recently in Maryland on my way down to do a job. She recommended Pats for lunch. She got the Wally salad and added chicken and I got the southwest chicken wrap and we got the cheesesteak roll ups to share. Everything was amazing! We had great service, and loved the atmosphere. Next time I'm in Maryland I will definitely be stopping in again!
Terrible people that own this place! They also own property and make their tenants live in black mold, rodents, and never fix anything even when asked!! Dead beats! PS: The food sucks too!
I ordered from pats here in Elkton and I told the lady who answered by order, I repeated myself a couple times. I am allergic to onions, I ordered grilled chicken salad. so the order was delivered to where I was at. I never went through this before with pats and I proceeded to take a couple bites out of my salad and low and behold if there wasn't onions in my salad. I didn't see the onions when I opened the salad. It was underneath. I came in contact with the onions and I was so traumatized because I swallowed one because I thought no onions were in it. I started crying thinking I was gonna die due to my allergic reaction. I didn't have my EpiPen with me. I started itching hives. Throat started swelling. None was here with me I was scared. Finally a few seconds later m you friend came home and he found my EpiPen. I called pats and told them the lady put the manager on and I told him my situation and he said he would send out another salad, no thank you why would I want another salad, I don't want anything else from pats pizza again. I was not even followed up with a phone call nothing. I have been sick since this incident. Breathing everything. I suffer from PTSD and that really triggered it horribly. I wasn't even offered a refund. But I will never ever ok Rider or eat there again. I worked in fast food before and I paid close attention to my orders and when someone tells u and then repeats it twice you listen. I even emailed pats no response. I tremble at the saying of grilled chicken salad. I seen pats pizza delivery I froze and just looked. I don't understand for the life of me why nokne he as gotten back to me. call me something.
Ordered an avocado wrap - one mushy piece of avocado. Bacon was basically raw. The bottom part of the head of lettuce that you discard was in the sandwich! No flavor. Also ordered a cheesesteak with a side of fries. Fries were on top and inside the cheesesteak stuck to the cheese.
Trash!!! When did fast food become difficult to prepare?Trash!!!. They get a ZERO rating. I will not spend a penny in this palce again.

is this the equivalent of eating at a steak place - like Lone Star? Is this the same quality of food ? no to both, yet the prices here are comparable. prices are way high, drivers and order takers are short, rude and down right nasty at times.. is it worth paying almost $80 for a couple of calzones, fries, wings and pre-packeged "cheesecake" cups? nah, def not worth dealing with the prices, rudeness and food.sorry guys, it isnt a good value for me money.
