My food was raw halfway thru the burger
This manager is completely rude not only was he ignoring customers but also purposely trying to cause an altercation with a nice woman just trying to pick up her order. Right before that a another woman had asked a question and instead of answering her he pointed to a sign and walk away. Now I don't know how most people look at things but that was incredible rude. Is what McDonald's has become? Is this the customer service is this r customer service moto someone tell me because I'm confused ?. The customer service I just witnessed was appalling! McDonald's do something!
I used to order McDonald’s through door dash when it was the Elkton location up the street, not this one in Walmart. One occasion they cancelled an order “bc they didn’t receive it”. A second occasion the dasher was there too long and “quit” the job and the second one was there for an additional 40 mins and got cancelled (80 mins total). Today we ordered and our dasher told us they were missing 1 item out of two whole meals…. We got one meal… this location is horrible and doordash does nothing about it… time to go to corporate….
It was the #1 on the menu.
Went in to get 4 mcdoubles and the associates were arguing with each other and the guy preparing the food wasn't wearing a mask.
C'mon man... It's everywhere. Always the fav when out with the grandkids.
so… typically… a cheeseburger comes with a meat patty, right? You can imagine my confusion when I arrived back home to open my wrapped “cheeseburger” consisting of a bun, cheese, and two pickles. And that’s after waiting 20mins in line. I’m embarrassed for whoever manages this place. Yikes.
Really good food and Cashiers
Seriously just got a bun with no burger on it!!! How does that happen?
Waited 20 minutes for 2 medium Fries come on now it’s just cold soggy fries
