My experience was so PERFECT all because of the best manager in the world, Ben Z. ☺️ He was so friendly, quick, and accurate. Understanding when I wanted to switch my drink, accommodated every need and want I had, and you could tell he's just an all-time hard worker. I appreciate His service and smile, no matter how busy. No matter what position he's in. Thank you crew for making it all possible!
The last couple times ordering here they have been so unorganized . Last time they were parking almost every car in drive thru and mixing orders up. This past time I ordered through Door Dash food got to my house pretty quickly but maybe to quick because both of the burger patties for my Double Quarter Pounder were raw throughout the inside of the meat. The service at this location is getting worse and worse each time I get food here. I wouldn't if my kids didn't like McDonalds. It's been a month between my visits.
I really enjoy McDonald's, I love their app you can get deals and I believe every dollar you spend you get a hundred points and then you can use those points to get free food.
The fries taste like they use old oil. The food there doesn’t even taste right. I felt like I was going to vomit before I finished my meal. I usually like McDonald’s food but the food there doesn’t even taste like McDonald’s food.
Tried to order here but got nothing but BAD attitude from the drive thru employee. No worries. Burger king was right down the street. And when I told the about my BAD experience at McDonalds I got free fries!!! Thx Micky D's!!!
This McDonald’s is the one I chose to go to. They are very nice and my food is always hot.
Customer service is shotty at best. Lack of humanity in service, glad there's another 24/7 McDonald's in Elkton now at least
This place is terrible and my fault for eating here. The employees can't read or count. But yet fast food employees think they deserve more money per hour. Ordered 2 adult meals and a kids meal. Couldn't even count to 20 i got 19 nuggets, ordered ranch and sweet and sour i got ranch and bbq. And they completely skipped over the kids meal when bringing out the order.. again this is their job and they can't even do that decently.
Apparently they pass out fake $20 thru drive thru to unsuspecting teenagers.
Fries were soggy and the 1/4 lbs was probably cooked 30 minutes before I ordered it. Not going there again.
