So, I was raised on KFC, and had a taste for it, on my way home from werk... So, I decided to stop by this one in Elkton... Biggest mistake I made!!! As soon as I walked in, the stench was wretched.... First thing I did was go to the bathroom, and it smelled like I walked into a spot a pot, Sunday morning after a wknd long festival... I made it though, was good to go... So, I go to the counter to order and I'm observing the clowntastrophe going on... Kids wearing masks, kids wearing no masks, which is no big deal... However, NOT 1 OF THEM IS WEARING GLOVES!!! Handling food, not protecting the customers... So, the kid came to the counter, and just looked at me... No, welcome to KFC, how can I help you, or nothing... This is, quite frankly, the WORST experience I've ever had with a KFC... Now I understand why I gave up eating fast food....smh
Spent about 40 minutes in drive through just for 2 drinks and a taco. Not busy and not sure what took so long but they somehow managed to still mess it up. Went inside and was ignored for a good 15 minutes at the counter before just leaving.
The lady taking the order hardly spoke English witch is fine she was doing her best but the manager I guess her name is MARY is a total Karen it took them over 30 minutes for a crunch rap and a taco
Ordered an 8 piece meal on Door Dash. Got confirmation of my order. Door Dasher got there and they told her they didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my order. She asked how long it would take. They told her 20 minutes. 35 minutes later and it is still not ready. I tried to call, the phone rang 30 times and the fax machine came on. I know you are short staffed but for KFC not to have enough chicken to fill an 8 piece order is ridiculous. It is what you sell. Where is the manager or owner?
They didn't give me my complete order. The biscuits were missing. I live in Delaware so I couldn't just turn and go back for them. I called an no one picked up the phone it just rang.
I ordered chicken Lil meal plus 2 extra Littles (don't judge) the chicken was so small it had to be done on purpose, one sandwich had a piece of breading no chicken! The chicken was the size of a quarter! No joke! So it's kinda hard to take back when your a local truck driver and driving down the road so thank you for nothing.
The wait was long due to no help. Window worker also said something about the lobby so she probably had to help at the counter also. (Which is not her fault) I asked for sour cream on my tacos but didn't get it. Poor girl was rushing.
Tried the new Beyond Chicken Dinner and thought it was great! Only the drive up open right now at this location. Service was friendly.?
Fire whoever is supposed to be managing this place. Consistently cold food, or wrong order. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Go to Royal Farms for your chicken needs
The sign indicated that the inside is open until 10:30PM, door was locked. Wait in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, then a guy walks up to the window and precedes to order without taking care of the customers that are already in the drive-thru line. Completely unprofessional and very tacky employees working on tonight which is 12/23/21 at 8:45PM. 0 stars from me, also I'm scared to know what my food taste like.
