I've been twice first time was great tenders and fries were fresh and hot. Normal wait time. 2nd time we waited forever only to get cold tenders, fries and cheese burger. Grandma and kids were definitely disappointed.

Very bad management I heard a manager getting rude with a younger employee to the point I said something. They got my order wrong I took it back in the young girl that took my food bk was very rude n her nails was so long she scratched me. Not to mention the one manager with piercing all in her face on her phone hole time I was there n half the employees had no face mask on get it together I would NEVER return or even telly friends or family to either
