They always say they cant make frozen Coffee cause there out of the syrup, But they just got there stock in 2 day ago I watch them unload it, I feel like they just make excuses too not make frozen coffee, like what McDonalds does with there ice cream machines! "The machines braken"! Other then that I adore the Indian lady's that work there, so super friendly.

I just went in and the manager told me that they’re closing. It wasn’t even 12 yet. It was 11:12 am. I wish I could give zero stars. The manager needs to be changed. I can feel tension in the store. She made me mad and I decided not to get anything. I’m not spending my money for somebody doesn’t know how to talk. You never see her smile, when you’re tired thinking you’ll have coffee she makes the day bad. I hope they change the manager there because I no longer want to be going there and seeing her.

You never find nice people there. Every time you go in, the workers are not always the same people. I really don’t like the new manager I never saw her speak with customers not like the other guy skinny guy with glasses. I always see her counting tips and making just herself coffee. Better to find another manager if you want to keep the customers coming. I can sense tension in the store when I walk in unlike when the skinny guy was there he always greets and asks how everyone is and make sure that they get their order right. She has never greeted or said good morning to anyone.

RUDE EMPLOYEE!!! Wish I could give no stars….Went to this dunkin drive thru today, waiting in line to order for 10mins. When we got up near the speaker we accidentally went a little too far forward past the speaker to the point where we couldn't order. There were lots of cars right behind us (prolly about 10) and we could not back up….so unfortunately we had to pull forward and didn’t order. We were hoping that instead we could order at the window bc it was an honest mistake…..what any caring customer service employee would do. Well we pulled up to the window and laughingly explained our situation and how we were willing to wait so we wouldn’t hold up there line. (The part in quotes to follow is what we remember to be the employees words) The lady at the window (I didn’t get her name) immediately said no, that she couldn’t help us and made a snarky comment “well u blew past the speaker (eye roll)”. Then proceeded to say…. “There’s only two of us here and there are other people waiting and we don’t want to mess up our line and orders” We understood and asked her once again if there was anything that they could do for us like even take our order and bring it out to us when they got to that order in the queue….she proceeded to dismiss again in a snarky manner and was extremely “matter of fact” saying that there was absolutely nothing she could do. We then offered to make a mobile order and have them bring it out to us, she said maybe that could work but still in a irritated fashion. “You will have to go back through the line” (there were prolly a good 15 cars in the drive they behind us at that point). There was also no ability for us to go inside bc the dining room was closed. At that point we were worried that they might do something malicious to our food/drink bc she was being so unwilling to help. Needless to say we ended up just driving away and going to a different Dunkin. I would recommend that Dunkin in elkton md trains their staff a little better on how to talk to people and general customer service. If this lady had said it in a nicer manner we may not have came to the conclusion to write this long winded review.

The new manager isn’t polite unlike the old manager that is skinny and has glasses.She never greets you and never greets back. You can feel there’s tension in the store. The aura isn’t that good anymore. She never asks if you need help. I see the people working there very well but I see her always walking around doing nothing just playing cups and talking on the phone. ?

I changed my review bc ever since the reopen they seem to be unorganized. I went there one week and it was backed up to the point the online order I placed 20 mins before I got there took another 20 mins to make after I got there thinking it would be done. Mind you all I ordered was 2 dozen donuts. Also the lady helping the drive thru told the girl taking the drive thru order not to help the store counter when as long as she feels comfortable doing so should if everyone is busy. It was very unprofessional to tell her that infront of customers.

It was nice & clean & quick service. Kudos to everyone working this morning because they had a long line at the drive through & I decided to get down to order. Very pleased. THANK YOU!♥️
