Highly disappointed with the way that the owner has handled a very serious situation & even though we’ve always had positive experiences here,recent reviews have caused us to never want to return again. The reviews are reason enough but the way the owner has handled the situation is the main reason we probably won’t ever be back.This restaurant has been made aware of the reviews & they said that they were unaware of what people had been saying & gave a very generic response when being informed of the reviews. So that means they don’t read these reviews & see what their customers are saying.Months ago someone said they witnessed an employee spitting in a customer’s food & another review claims that this restaurant has rats. Those are heavy allegations & whether they’re true or not,I’d expect the owner to be responding to those claims.The fact that they don’t care enough to say anything doesn’t help the issue at all. It makes it worse. What was once one of our favorite places to eat at is now somewhere we probably won’t ever return to.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!Eat at Dominick's pizza instead.Trust me.So I ordered a cheese steak last night for delivery to motel 6. I waited an hour for the food before I called and asked where it was. They said they didn't know and said they'd figure it out and the manager would call me right back. Never did. 40 minutes later I called back and they said they dropped it off to me, to which I asked then why would I be calling. They said I gave them the wrong room number (which I know for a fact I didn't because I checked the door when ordering). After they argued with me for a while I asked so how do we fix this, to which they told me "I don't know what to tell you, no refunds" and hung up on me. My BF called them back and and tried to talk sense to them and resolve the issue. They told them the same thing. " We're not giving you you're money back or sending you out your food". My BF said "I'm on my way over there right now" He went in and words were said and the man (whom we spoke to on the phone) quickly now offered to make us the food. My BF told him the refund will be fine. Not sure if he actually refunded the money back to my card yet. I do know they were very disrespectful, and tried to steal from us. They then wasted our time, gas, ruined our night and made us miss dinner for no fault or ours.We were both long time customers or this pizza restaurant since they were ninos and Sal's even. Not anymore though and I recommend everyone follow our lead and take your business over to Domoniks pizza right nextdoor, the food is much better anyway.I would not recommend anyone eats here
Ewwwwww, WARNING: EAT SOMEWHERE ELSEI was watching a worker in the back while waiting for my food. I observed them actually spit on someone's food. I didn't even say anything, I just walked out without even getting the food I had already paid for. They can keep it.Words of wisdom: DONT EAT THERE.
Its was just shared with me about the ugliness a young black woman experienced in your place of business and nothing was done about it. I shared her video with some my friends you won't hear the end of this matter.
Always looked forward to the garlic knots, but the last two orders I received, they were burnt. Very disappointing.I went for the calamari; at a high price, I figured it should be decent.... Tastes like cardboard.Place has gone down hill lately.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The food was mediocre but pretty overpriced. It also made me sick don’t know what that was about but it was the least of my concerns.
The pizza is excellent and all the stuff I tried has been very good.
I ordered a few catering platters online that were supposedly for 8-10 people as advertised but ended up being closer to about 4-5 people which ended up being not ideal for the lunch order.
Gave me the runs, I called them and they did nothing about it. Must have used old cheese.
Josh the manager from this location has been AMAZING
