I arrived with my spouse to this location at 630 pm during dinner rush as busy as it was we were expecting a wait however we were greeted upon arrival with a very friendly hostess who seated us right away. Very impressed with the cleanliness and promptness of the staff. Roe our waitress came right over and was very welcoming and greeted us. She made us feel as if we were family sitting at her home table. She took our order and as busy as it was the meals came out very fast. We did not have to ask for refills Roe brought us refills without us having to ask. Roe was very prompt friendly courteous and fun serving us we even got to know about her grandchildren. I've been to many cracker barrels and this location far exceeded our expectations. Roe was the icing on the cake I realize and not surprised that she had 5 gold stars in her apron. If in the area highly recommend stopping and have pleasure Roe serving you.
Staff was great. Manager was well knowledgeable of food and ingredients. The fish was over salted and covered in massive amounts of seasonings, when it should have just had lemon pepper. And the Okra was undercooked. So in all the staff (waiting and Manager) were on point but the food well the cooks need more experience in their craft.
Good was bland. It’s been a hit and miss of the food and service
Less than 10 minute walk from the Hampton Inn after getting in late. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans with two glasses of Fruit stand Iced tea, picture attached. Shana had several tables to help but still did a good job helping me !!
Sat in line to be seated with about 15 minutes with 4 elderly couples. Seemed to be no hostess or host working. Waitress definitely hustled. Will definitely skip this Cracker Barrel location in the future
Our initial server completely ignored us after we asked for coffee and a few minutes to look at the menu. It was so noticeable that 2 different servers came over to make it right without us saying a word. Maybe she was having a bad day but no excuse. The others more than made up for her ignorance. Thank you. Food was excellent
GREAT STAFF SERVERS ARE AMAZING CANT WAIT TO BRING MY FAMILY BACK
I had to wait nearly half an hour for corn muffins. But the waiter warned me of that from the start. Other than that, it was a classic Cracker Barrel meal.
Usually enjoy this location. Tonight food was overcooked (burnt) and service was very slow. I may give it one more chance, hopefully this was just an off night. Was also disappointed that the manager never came over to see how things were. They usually do.
It’s been over a year since I went to Cracker Barrel. The service was average and the server forgot my cup of coffee.I had ordered the hearsal breakfast scramble eggs hashbrowns sugar glazed ham with a side of biscuits sausage gravy grits. It seems the breakfast was a smaller portions on everything the scrambled eggs for a small portion the hashbrowns was just almost 2 maybe 3 tablespoons if that the sugar glazed ham was small also.Even my friend who join me for breakfast he said the same thing he had sunny side up with his eggs with the sugar glazed ham and hashbrowns also.We both said the same thing we won’t be coming back there for a while maybe possibly the pandemic is causing staff shortage and such. The only good thing about Cracker Barrel at this time is the lobby area I’ll show me things are bringing back so many memories that you were growing up and have some ideal items for you to purchase.
