Came here this past weekend(6/24) and got a chicken and sofritas bowl and 2 chicken tacos. I ordered for pickup through the app and it was ready at the drive through as soon as I pulled up. The food was great they gave me a good portion of all of the things I asked for in my bowl and tacos and the lady at the drive through was very nice and helpful. I Would definitely come back here again
We have eaten here several times and every time has been great! The food is always fresh. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes. Dining room and bathroom were both clean on tonight's visit. Tonight the guy making tacos at the front counter made the best ones I had to date.
I ordered catering for a party I had this past weekend. The manager called me early to let me know i could pick up my order. The food was great and the amount we got I think was awesome. I will definitely order catering again.Thank you.
As a Pescatarian and Holistic Doctor, eating healthy is essential to me. I feel that during my visit two nights ago, the food in bay appeared not to be well covered (with staff conversing over food during a pandemic) or food not changed and maintained in evening. In my opinion, the food appeared to look as if it has been sitting for quite sometime. Restaurants as such, people tend to frequent for quality and freshness of vegetables and those that consume meat.In fact, this is my second visit in the evening with the same observation, therefore I have never eaten at this location or Dover, DE. I loved the Greenville, SC's location, when I was on travel for business. Please improve the customer service (some staff ignore customers and prefer to engage in private conversations as well as they do not greet customers upon arrival).Please be advised, the above mentioned facts are are based on my personal and professional observation and opinion. Dirty.. food inside other food. Water dripping into food from empty pots the exchange. Gross
Never had a bad experience at this location. They always hook you up with your servings and never have a line that’s too backed up.
This place reminds me of an old joke. "If you need a burrito real bad, this place will make you a real bad burrito."It's not that the burrito was bad. It wasn't bad. It tasted ok. It was a totally serviceable burrito. There was an acceptable level of attention to detail. There was an adequate level of engagement with customers.Don't expect more, and you won't come away disappointed.
Good food but don't come through the drive thru during peak hours. Been sitting in this line since 7pm and it's now 7:40. Indoors isn't much better. Otherwise you'll be fine. Only 5 cars were ahead of me. Pandemic really is something.
Nicely browned tortilla, melty cheese. Exactly how a quesadilla should look! Unfortunately I had to do this myself. Apparently Chipotle thought I ordered a quesadilla kit because this whole concoction was cold and unmelty. The rest of our meals were trying their hardest to be luke warm but they were more room temp then anything.
Our first time trying the food here. Pleasantly surprised! Burrito was very good. We loved the guacamole and chips. Definitely made fresh.
