Had a great time nice and cold drinks

We stopped for lunch on a saturday 4/9/22 around 12:30 pmWe ordered drinks, south west egg rolls and steak, chicken and shrimp fajitasThe drinks were very sweet for being alcoholic and I thought maybe it was just my pallet. The egg rolls arrived and were placed on the table in a basket. We were given no plates to eat from so we use our napkins. When the fajitas arived they were served on a cast iron platter. The cheese, sour cream and pico de gillo was on a seperate small dish. The server walked away before I could ask for plates. So we waited around 10 minutes and saw no one that I could ask for plates so we used the baset and the saucer that the condiments were served on.We asked for extra quacamolle and recieved a small cup that had about 1 and 1 half table spoons in it.The other condiments were very sparse as well and in my opinion not enough to do two fajitas. No way it would to 4.Long story short the s ervice was well below average as was the taste and quantity of the food.

Fantastic! Great salad and burger for lunch. Restrooms could have been a little cleaner. They were a little short staffed (as is every restaurant I go). Our server was exceptional!

If you been to one 9f these chains, there is nothing new. I did receive good service and food was nice and hot when it came out. The drinks selection is not that great, but if you get the right waiter it might change. So all in all a good visit.

This was one of my worst experiences ever. The one waitress never responded to my questions as I was pretty much the only Black person in there and she is black as well so no racism. She brought my Togo order to my table as I was sitting there while talking to the white patrons across from me. Dropped the bag off still never uttering a word. I wasn't sure if that was my stuff or someone else's. I will probably avoid that spot in the future as the vibe there was not good at all.

Polite server and hostess, great food. Kids got steak that was cooked to order on first try which is great for a Chilli's. My wife and I ordered fajitas and they were amazing as they always usually are. Had a great family dinner.

Always a fan of visiting here. My favorites are the BBQ bacon double cheeseburger, or the smokehouse combos, and the readily add little extras if you ask for them, like the garlic pickles or honey Chipotle sauces. The only thing that I hate was they discontinued my favorite appetizer, the onion strings.

A great place for steak , there are lots of options to eat for two and the dessert cookie is amazing. Wait time for service is minimal and David is awesome. There are rarely issues with the order. The menu does change occasionally and drinks are expensive.

Eating at Chilis has not changed since covid, same service and food. Prices have increased a little. It was nice and quiet on a Wednesday afternoon.

Not my most favorite vist so far, but still a great place to grab a bite to eat and catch the game.
