I got an amazing Italian Cheesesteak it was delicious very good the staff was very friendly and kind and I would recommend them and I will be there again to buy food because it was good and I was treated well thank you

Not particularly happy with this place. The food is pretty good, I'll give them that. My problem was that I made an order through Doordash but Waterloo has the special instructions feature turned off. I wanted one of the pizzas I ordered to have no cheese. Called them after I placed the order to ask if they could remove the cheese--not requesting to change the price. Just please don't put cheese on it. The guy who answered was so incredibly rude about it. Literally yelled at me that I have to make order changes thru Doordash. I tried to explain that all I wanted to do was remove one topping and didn't need to change the order or its price. After he continued yelling at me I finally said nevermind, hung up, and cancelled the order. The way he kept talking.over me and being rude, I know he never even realized that this was a really simple request. I doubt I'll be going back.
Always fast and delicious pizza and subs. Friendly people, clean and neat restaurant. Always a pleasure ordering food from this restaurant!
Food is nasty, I should’ve listened to the reviews ! over cooked items , undercooked items . Pleasant staff though . Won’t be back .
Terrible pizza. Like it had been sitting under a heat lamp all night. Overcooked and greasy. I was hoping it would be as good as the other reviews say, but I was disappointed.
Waterloo is big and flavorful food at a reasonable price. Hard to find nowadays. Have to get the lemon pepper wings and their real blue cheese dressing. The lamb gyro is huge!!!

This place has amazing pizza and great delivery guys; it’s totally worth it and more. We tried some subs and fries, and we’ll be trying more from their menu.
