We had a wonderful evening, and enjoyed a leisurely dinner at our own pace. The Veal Chop and Saltimboca were both wonderful dishes that my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed. Our waiter, unfortunately neither of us could remember his name was wonderful. He didn't linger, but was right there when we needed him. He understood our plan for a leisurely pace and even accommodated our late departure happily. Wine selection was excellent, we enjoyed a nice California Cabernet that paired well with the veal dishes. Really couldn't have been nicer.
Elkridge Furnace always delivers a superb dining experience. The food is fresh, innovative without being pretentious, and delicious. The wait staff is attentive and informative. A place to return to no matter the season.
