I have been there three times, while it said on Google the place as open. Each time this location is closed. May be they should close permanently ?. The owner had verified store hours just three days ago, and advertised store as open for serving. When I got there it was closed. They never attended the phone consistently every since I have known them, so from experience there is no point calling ahead of time. Very bad experience ? ? disappointing to be the least. Please, don't advertise as open when your store is closed.
I'm giving 1 star cause it won't let me give less. this was my first and last time going to QuiznosAt least THE ELKRIDGE store Because service was sub-par and the attitude of the employee !!!ALSO the price change from online to in the store . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS QUIZNOS
I've been going here for a while, and it used to be fantastic, but the quality has gone down a little over the years. I was charged to put extra sauce on my sub, and for lettuce? The food was good, hot and fresh as usual. But no oregano at the end of the chicken sub. And I was not able to substitute on another, I ended up having to build my own sub. I will still return. But just with lower expectations
Love Quiznos. This location needs help. Came at lunch time only one person working there. And they were out of Italian white bread. Customer service is poor. And the raspberry lemonade taste like garbage. Couldn't even drink the over charged cup that isn't even branded. I'm guessing owner is cutting corners cause business is bad. But maybe business is bad because they cut corners in the first place. Oh and they charge 99 cents for refills. I keep giving this location a chance cause they are only a few left. But I'm done with this one now.
My excitement at finding a quiznos still around was quickly dashed when I arrived today at 425pm and they're closed, lights out, no signs on door indicating such. After reading other reviews clearly this is an ongoing issue. Hours posted are not actual hours of business. I guess someone else is getting my money.

Literally just got back to work with my food.I ordered the french dip, I have not even unwrapped my sandwich yet but I opened my dip and I don't know what this is? It is like water with some oil in it? Taste like hot water with a hint of something I just can't ... My first time trying this place it was so close to work I was hoping for a good outcomeMy sandwich is so lacking meat ... I paid 13 dollars for this sandwich and a drink? ?
Food is good, but they are never open on time. EVER. I come down to Elkridge, from Westminster, for doctors appointments and stop at quiznos because I love the food... but it's always a gamble whether or not they are open. Today, it's nearly 12pm and they are still not open. It's sad. Wish they could change the signage to reflect the actual hours they operate. As I have been sitting here waiting to see if they will open, at least 5 customers have tried to go in and the door is locked. The owner comes to the door and the customers leave.... ugh I wish there were more locations around!!!
They're never open. Ive tried coming multiple times yet every time they're not open. I now call before I come to see if they're open. Food quality has also gone down. Seems like they put less meat and other ingredients on the subs. A shame. Loved quiznos
