Food was good but the front counter service girl acted like she was owed something.
You’ve been WARNED! Avoid this location unless you want poop flying out of your rear for HOURS non stop like fire crackers and vomiting. These ppl are doing something unethical to this food . I’ve been eating Popeyes my ENTIRE life ! This location needs to be PERMANENTLY shut down and it’s employees in JAIL!
For some reason this location does not season their chicken at all and I’ve given multiple tries to see if it is a one off thing but no. The chicken is simply not seasoned. The sweet tea had no sugar. I will not be returning
A Regional Manager or District Manager needs to contact me immediately.I don't usually post negative reviews online especially for a bad interaction with customer service, but we ordered a team lunch through the company website and the $80 order was lost/stolen! When I spoke to the "GM" she refused to give customer service, no alternative or compensation, just pure excuses of it being Door dash claim. My team and I are starving with no food and out $80!!
Drive-thru service excellent. Order with no wait at prime time. Chicken parts were small but tasty.
Pretty upsetting I never get my order right, and two sauce package they actually charge you 1 dollar, and they don’t speak the language too well. This was our first time at Popeyes in a while. We ordered through the app and, unlike many fast food experiences, everything was correct. The food was great as was the service. It was a very pleasant dining experience.
I had 2 orders, but one of them I asked for 2 chicken breast at the drive thru & when I got to the window the manager said they only had 1 chicken breast. Then she asked if I wanted another piece because it would take 20mins. So I told her to give me a leg & was given a thigh instead. I wasn't given what I wanted either way...smh Every employee had on a mask except for the manager at the window & she was walking through the kitchen as well talking without a mask. Also, she walked away with my bank card because of a situation in the back & already swiped it so she should've given it back to me. I don't trust people walking off with my bank card.
I didn't know that mild chicken meant no seasoning. This was my first time coming to this location. I ordered the manager's special and was told that they were out of mild chicken, and that it would take 15 minutes to cook some. After sitting in my car waiting for 20 minutes, I decided to walk in, thinking that they had forgotten me. When get inside, I waited some more since there were customers also waiting for their orders. When my turn came, I was told that my order was not ready yet, and that more chicken was coming out. Confused, I asked, "Can I have one breast instead of one thigh since I had to wait so long?" I was told, "Sure". Now 30 minutes since my initial order, I added a large frie so that I could get two sauces. When I got home, there was no breast, and the legs and thighs that were "marinated for 12 hours in Louisiana seasoning" tasted like nothing. I hope this was just an overwhelmed night for this location.
I enjoyed the food but the guy that waited on me was horrible he did not get my order right and then what I wanted to order it he said he couldn't take any more orders through the drive-thru who heard of such
