Please never go here. This place looked, smelled, and acted as if it was abandoned. On top of the clear neglected cleaning, the staff was rude and never informed us that our food was ready, even though apparently it had been sitting on the counter for a half hour. They said it would be a '15 minute wait' but we sat at a (mind you broken,) table for forever.The taste of the pizza itself tasted as if it was cardboard with tomato sauce. We specifically asked for extra cheese, but when we opened the box the cheese was barely there anyway.Overall, please. If there is an alternative place you can go, go there, and do not choose this place.
Where do I begin? We ordered curbside. When we called to notify that we were there, they told us that they will bring the food right away. 10 minutes passed, I understand that sometimes restaurants can be in a rush, so I went to pick up the food, that according to the app had been ready for more than 20 minutes. So now the employee can't find my order. She starts arguing with the pizza man; he was vert rude in front of all 5-6 clients that, like me, were waiting. They told me they were going to do my order again. 15 minutes later they told me that they found my order, that it was there the whole time and that they would give me a credit for the bad time, that I was going to receive an email with the credit. The email never arrived. I won’t come back to this specific Pizza Hut.
Picked up an order here many times . Often unprofessional.Employees will park directly in front of store entrance which is hardly ever allowed by businesses. You may also want to tell your employees to stop going out to their cars parked outside of the entrance to drink alcohol and then proceed back inside for work . If orders you got from here are messed up it’s because apparently your allowed to be drunk while handling food here . Don’t order from here order from Mama Mia that is down the street and is a great local pizza place .
Customer Service is very rude and unprofessional. I placed an order and the guy kept over talking me. I felt he was rushing me. I repeated the address to verify if it was the correct one and he continued to move on to the next question. Mid way through the order he hangs up the phone on me and I know it was on purpose because I gave him my call back number (he asked for it just case we disconnected in the beginning of the conversation) and he never called me back. I tried to ignore the bad reviews before placing my order because it was close by but nope. This Pizza Hut is garbage, too many RED Flags, I will not patronize or buy from this Pizza Hut
I ordered pizza because my brother and my dad were hungry and we wait for pizza to come but it has been 1 hour it still didn’t came so I call them again they were like there is no name of your order and my brother are crying. Pizza Hut is going down they have a really bad service
Going downhill fast :(For many years, this has been my absolute favorite Pizza Hut. Over the last few months, the quality of pizza and service has been plummeting. For example, tonight I placed an order online at 6:01 with an estimated delivery time of 6:50. It is now 7:30 and I called to find out what was going on. Via the website tracker, it is on its way but its been in that status since before 7 and I live less than 5 mins from the location.I called and asked for a status update. The person who answered didn't even ask for my order info but just rudely told me they are very backed up and he doesn't know how long it would be. I explained that it was 40 mins past the estimated delivery time and he just said yeah he didn't know how much longer it would be. He offered to cancel my order. I asked if that was the only thing he was going to offer (surprised that he would offer to cancel without even trying to nail down the specifics of my order or offer some concession) and his response was just a cold "yeah."It's sad because we really like Pizza Hut and, due to my laziness, it gets a lot of my money but it isn't worth it if this is what it will be like. Dominos here we come :(
Oh boy they could do better. The delivery was on time and the food was hot but the store placed four bottle sodas into a paper bag and it tore in the delivery guys hands. Not his fault. The Pizza (both were stuffed crusts) had dough missing on some of the bottoms so cheese spilt out of the crust and on the bottom (we still loved it but it was supposed to be stuffed in the crust). The orders were correct but there is some basics missing here. I applaud you delivery guy. I hate to do this on reviews but its a bit obvious that there are some higher quality pizza places around here and this Pizza hut needs to be running at 100% to compete - which saying out loud during a staffing shortage, cost inflation and covid is rich from a random dude on the internet. Again I am here at pizza hut for the one thing we cant get from down the street that stuffed crust goodness.
People not very professional. Still waiting on pizza that was ordered 1 1/2 hour ago. Called the store and guy said if its not here in the next 25 minutes to call back. Shame we live only 10 min from the store. Won't get anymore of my business.

My online order was never made, even though I waited 30 minutes for it. The manager was totally out of control and yelling at his employees. I waited 10 minutes for a refund. I will never patronize that Pizza Hut location again.
