today was my first time ordering from here. delivery was supposed to be quick, we’re only two miles away, but it’s been almost two and a half hours and still no food. I’m not going to be doing this again
They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas and subs. Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean. My whole family loves the food here.
Oh my goodness! When I am in the mood for a good ol' cheesesteak, this is my #1 place. Hands down, the cheesesteak suds here are the best in the Columbia area. Much better than that higher priced place in the mall. This sub is loaded with fresh not frozen beef steak. Lots of options for toppings. And its a full sized real sub roll . Not those small miniature sub like rolls one can find in a super market. This is "hole in the wall" good. Friendly staff too.
This is honestly the best pizza joint in the area. We’ve also had pasta, wings and other fried foods from here and they were all delicious!
NEVER ORDER DELIVERY I ORDERED DELIVERY THEY DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS I CALLED AND ASKED FOR IT TO BE RE DELIVERED AND WAS TOLD THE DRIVER COULD NOT RE DELIVER I EVEN Confirmed WITH THE MAN THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND HE SENT IT TO A DIFFRENT ONE I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND WAS TOLD NO THAT THEY HAD ALREADY USED THEIR RESOURCES FOR THE FOOD AND THAT I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN THE MAN THE RIGHT ADDRESS WHEN I DID AND TOLD THEM THEY STILL SAID NO, THATS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS
We always order from here. Pizzas are good. Tonight we ordered the fried chicken. It was hard and too over cooked. Called and the manager stated it’s because it’s extra crispy. No sweetheart! The wing looks like it was refried. As for the grease, it needs to be changed.
Very poor tone deaf customer serviceOrdered a full house supreme pizza requesting no mushrooms.While im waiting I see employees crowd around my open box pizza noticing that they forgot to not include mushrooms. The lady running the register gets called over and she proceeds to remove the mushrooms from my pizza barehanded. No gloves no nothing. Closes the box and hands me the pizza stone face acting like she didn't just do that.Another time I called and ordered Honey Old Bay Wings. The lady who took the order over the phone spoke very poor english. I get there to pick up my order to discover that they got it wrong and made dry old bay wings. I told them the order was wrong and they basically said well its already cooked.
Hi to all of my philly's best customers and supporters. I ordered a pizza and wings that total 30.00 and never did receive my delivery. When I called the next day to see why wasn't my food delivered. The manager told me that she wasn't responsible for not making the delivery. She claimed that I gave her the wrong address and that is the reason I didn't receive my delivery. Now, one thing I do know " philly's best" is my own address which is on the same "freakin" street your on. " Huntshire Drive " I have been supporting your establishment on the very first day of your business. Now I will never, ever again be a loyal customer until you decide to be loyal to your customers.
They've gotten pretty bad in the last few months. I don't know if it's due to the pandemic or what, but I've also seen reviews on here talking about bad customer service so it might be that resulting in less revenue for them. Either way, their wings used to be amazing. Big, cooked perfectly, delicious sauce, come with celery and carrot sticks. The last few times I've gone the wings have been tiny, shriveled, and the sauce is just randomly sprinkled in the box, missing half the wings. Also the nuclear sauce is garbage now. I think it's just Frank's Red Hot where it used to be an actually spicy sauce. Either way, not going back. It's a shame because good wings are hard to find in this area.
