This is my first time leaving a review. The worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Why would someone work in pizza place if they can't even cut the medium size pizza? Is the small piece for a baby? What about toppings? Look at how they throwed 3 layered pepperonis. Seems like they don't want to work. Quality of $20 pizza is worse than walmart frozen pizza to me.
We visited this location on 1/12/22 at 6:30 pm. The guy making pizza had his shirt rolled up to the elbows, no gloves , and long hair way down his back while he was twirling the pizza. It was touching his hair and his exposed arms! VERY UNSANITARY!! The only reason I was going to Papa John's was to support Mr. Shaquille O'Neal. The Health Department needs to stop by this place. I didn't see any handwashing after coming through the doors from making deliveries, the back area or handling the phone or money!! There was only 1 lady washing her hands and she wasn't making pizza so you can guess who didn't wash their hands.
Delivery was good. It was fast.On the other hand, the food was disgusting. Everything had a weird smell and taste. It went right to the trash. Don't waste your money. ?
I’ve had pizzas from this location many times only because this is the Papa John’s close to my house. I can say that there’s a consistent lack in quality and taste of the pizzas at this location. They always mess up the sauce/cheese/topping ratios so the taste is not as good nor comparable to pizzas from other Papa Johns locations. They skimp on the toppings and some slices even have zero topping and not enough sauce. They also cut the slices extremely unevenly and manage to do so every single time. I agree with other reviews that the team here needs more training.
Food is good but cheese sticks were cut wrong.
Best advice, go somewhere else.. absolutely terrible service.. the driver threw the pizza on my door steps unsealed and left. Never even knocked or rung the door bell. I begin to wonder where my pizza was. I went back to trace my order online it said it had been delivered. I looked out side it had been sitting on the ground on my door steps for 15-20 minutes. I called the manager to inform him of what happened and he puts me on hold and never came back to the phone. After an hour I knew he had no intentions on coming back to the phone so I hung up and put in an online complaint.
I'm sorry but you need to do better! This team needs alot of training! Will start with the fact that you have no menus,either printed for the customer or a menu board??? I was directed to scan the q-code reader for menu......wasn't a menu ,was a job application to work there. When I brought this to the staffs attention they all looked confused and then I guess the one in charge was just like find a menu online....um ok?? Then the things that we ordered they didn't know what things were!? I then asked for sauces and extra pepperoncini to which I paid for and got none of it. Pizza was actual really good tho!
OMG went in to order some food. Asked about a menu because I wanted to see prices. Guy says we don't have or do menus. WTH.
The store needs to do better, i ordered a bbq chicken bacon pizza instead i got a bbq cheese pizza. No chicken or bacon on the pizza. If i wanted a cheese pizza i would have ordered that.
Absolutely insane that you don’t have the hours for delivery and carry out as the same hours. I work as a shift worker and not being able to come pick up my food, despite the fact that you don’t deliver to my area is insane. It would be a shame if I took a delivery and didn’t deliver a tip to your driver because of your policies, but I guess you don’t care about that. Incredible.
