I am getting the worst experience from this location. I am a regular customer and always the order got delayed and there was no updates on papa track. One of the order, was not made the employee keep saying there is no order exist in my name. After 10 minutes of complaining, he finally found my order. Even if I am at the store, the employees just chatting each other. They are not ready to hand over the order unless I wait there 10 minutes. It is happening almost all the time. I am changing the store. I am ready to go miles if I get better services.
I was delivered a half eaten pizza tonight. When I called the store manager Michael he indicated that this has been happening to several people. Apparently Papa John’s ran out of boxes tonight. When I try to get through to explain what had happened I was hung up on four times before reaching a manager. When I requested a full refund Michael the manager quoted me the wrong amount that was supposed to go back to my card. When I questioned him about it he then stated that whatever the amount was it would be credited back and that papa John’s Would not be redelivering my food and then hung up on me. I’m not sure what’s going on at Papa John’s in Elkridge‘s tonight but customer service is obviously not a priority. I would not recommend this this facility as they deliver pizzas that are not safe to eat as well as cold food. The boxes were not sealed properly and were open when we receive them. I will be placing a call to corporate. When I called to complain also the manager Michael put me on hold and I heard him fussing at some of the other workers because apparently other people had received half pizzas in boxes also. Additionally the other food that we received was cold and dried out. Very very very disappointed and concerned.
Took about an hour for delivery, which I get, it's hard to find delivery drivers right now. The delivery driver apologized for the wait which was considerate. I ordered a NY style pizza however it seemed just like their regular pizza. The toppings were quite sparing. I don't think I'll be back for a while.
The pizza is really good. But every time I order they never get it quite right. If I ask for a square cut it'll still be cut regularly. If on the box it says pepperoni I may still get cheese.
Papa John's pizza is one of the Best! This particular location is top notch, professional and has excellent service!!?
I ordered in advance for a specific time. About 15 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive I began to call the store to find out what the status of the order was. Each time I called, I was hung up on. I called multiple times thinking it was a mistake. An hour and 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be delivered it finally showed up at my door. I refused the delivery since the children that were being fed had already eaten and were getting ready for bed.Whoever runs this store should make an effort to answer the phone and speak with customers. Also, if you don't have any intention of delivering scheduled orders, then don't accept them. Customer service here does not exist.
Been waiting for going on a hour for my food that was supposed to arrive in 27 minutes. Called the store 15 times they won’t answer. This is a horrible location to order food from. I’m not even accepting it if they show up. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They don’t even deserve to be in business.
Horrible experience. Pizza wasn't cooked, sauce extremely spicy (unedible), cheese sticks were nasty. After trying to reach the store by phone for 30 minutes, I just drove the pizza back to the store. No one greeted me. Employee was on his ear bud. I can't recommend Papa John's! ?
incredibly poor delivery service. driver failed to use apartment number box successfully. I went to the main office to catch him and he got in his car and left. when I called the store they hung up on me. avoid this store.Consider Mama Lucia’s or Gianni’s.
I often oder here.Before added sauce cup, but it didn't come.I was like, "What can I do? I need to understand."Chickenwings wasn't delivered today... I can contact store, customer center said "checking" but never call back.
