Ordered from this Ledo’s about a week ago and they got my order completely wrong and I realized when I got home. I called and they person I talked to said she couldn’t refund the order, but she would “add my name to the list” and the next time I called in an order it would be taken care of. I just tried ordering again tonight and they said there was no list and they would absolutely not take care of my order. I’ve had really rude customer service here on multiple occasions. Not worth it at all to buy from this location.
Got told in time of pick up for 1230. Was there at 12:35. 40 minutes later I still don’t have my food. I understand that employees may be hard to come by but don’t keep telling me five minutes if it’s not five minutes. Tell me that it’s going to take the reasonable amount of time so I don’t have to wait outside waiting for lunch and I have to return to work.
Extra crispy old bay wings ... bacon cheese fries ... all perfectly done ! Appreciate the great service
It took over an hour to get our food. Pizza is horrible. The manager was rude and unhelpful. At one point I thought I was going to be sick and just stopped eating. We need a convenient place to eat near Troy Park, but we won’t be back.
Today ledo food suck!!!! I am not happy with services. The meat tasted old , the chicken look old. What happen good service and quality food!!!!
Love their pie. It's definetly weird. It's a really flaky crust, square, one pepperoni per slice. Totally a Maryland thing.
Love the food here, though I mainly do carry out. Fast service, good food. Very generous portions.
Been here a few times. Love the food! This time they got it right. On my previous visit, I got the wrong order (ordered a gyro, but got a chicken sandwich). I should've checked, but didn't look until I got home. I ate it anyway, because I was hungry. ?
Ledos has traditionally been one of my favorite chains to order pepperoni pizzas. I came on a football night to order the game day special. Pepperoni/sausage on one half and ham/ pineapple one the other half. Additionally I make sure to get my pizza double baked. It was a 40 minute wait but we'll with it.
Pizza crust was not good during this visit. Crust was hard and pizza seemed overcooked.
