Just ordered cheese steak portabello via grubhub. Requested no cheese, no bell peppers. Don't like either. It came with PLENTY of both, and NO portabello mushrooms. I'm guessing the wrong sandwich was placed in my bag. Grubhub made it right with me, but I will not be ordering from this Jersey Mikes again. These orders are too expensive to get wrong.
Original Review:I honestly remembered Jersey Mike's being so much better than this. I got a sub this evening, and it was very dry. There was an employee who helped me with the app, which was nice, but I'm not sure why the sub was so dry. I paid $16.43 for a dry sub. ?Update 2/6/22:I decided to try Jersey Mike's again tonight, and the sub was delicious. ?
First time here. The employee immidiately caught that and gave me an excellent service. Sub was amazing.
I order regular size for $9 but when I opened to eat they shrug the bread ? size. It looks like small size vs regular size .. and barely any meat was in it. Fast food like this, charges customer $9 for regular sandwiches but shrunk the size of bread and barely any meat, how is that fair to customers? Never going to this location againAnd I will NOT recommend to me family, friends and coworkers go to this location
Online ordering is very convenient since the line is always very long. The club sub is our go to sandwich there, lately though the bacon has almost tasted like the took it out of the fridge and it's cold instead of cooking it and putting it on the sub.
My husband and I went to the Jersey Mike’s in Columbia/Elkridge. This location is terrible compared to the Hanover location. I asked for turkey sub on wheat no cheese (lactose intolerant) he put the cheese on the white sub sandwich. Luckily my husband saw this and they removed the cheese and gave me wheat. I have a severe reaction to dairy, and I told them, they couldn’t be bothered they just took the cheese off and business as usual.One of the employees was wiping down the counters and slicer and went right back to slicing meat for the next customer without changing his gloves. Ughhh! Your employees need coaching, because a lot of folks watch that stuff!!!!My husband ordered the chicken cheesesteak on wheat. When we got home, he had white bread instead of wheat. We will never go back to that location….they were all pretty dry and kind of rude. Take direction from Hanover!
I made an order through door dash when i received my order a sub was missing. I called jersey mikes and I told them the man told me he put 3 in the bag and I only received 2. I then look at the subs that we did receive and both subs were completely wrong as I ordered. Actually the complete opposite. The man told me that this is door dashes business. Which at first I understood but when your the one making the damn sandwich that has nothing to do with door dash. Very poor customers service. Very good at upsetting customers on the phone. I will never order from here again.
I was super excited to try Jersey Mike’s #55, but the excitement died in the very first bite. I may come back to try something else as I have heard lot of good things about this place.
They always remember to cut up the sub for my special needs son. Very nice people to work with.
It was definitely not the NJ subs that my husband was used to. I felt like their offerings were catered to the area or as though I were at a Subway Restaurants. I opted out once being inside. My husband was dissapointed with the amount of meat, having to tell the woman "just oil.. no vinegar, no pickles" and that the confusion made him forget to ask for oregano, salt pepper. Honestly, if you've never had a sub in NJ, you may not realize this sub was,NOT SO JERSEY MIKE!
