This Resturant doesn’t deserve any star at all. customer service is below zero. Very rude and arrogant. I am so disappointed in the manner of speaking, approach and the way they receive customers. If there’s a way they can be treated accordingly to be able to render good services, I would advise for such to be done. This restaurant shouldn’t be open until they are schooled in what customer service truly is.
Update: Changed my three stars to one star due to the last visit resulting in a food borne illness after a long hiatus.This place has been a hit or miss for me. Some days the food is really good, some days it’s not. Today it was not so great. Two orders of fried wings & all burnt. The rice was also quite salty.
The exhaust fan isn't enough. You come out smelling like fried food.
My first time eating from here today, the food was ok I wish they would've put more sauce on the food. I'll try some other dishes in the future.
The customer service was a horrible and the lady that answered the phone was super disrespectful. I decided to order from new China kitchen on Elkridge and the service was so much better and so is their food.
We really enjoyed the cream cheese wontons and the egg rolls, and my boyfriend loved the pork and broccoli entree with white rice. I got the kung po chicken with fried rice, and found it to be a bit bland. Still rating the restaurant five stars as that is a matter of personal taste and does not reflect on the quality of food or the service :)
I ordered two meals, both with NO onions.I'm allergic to onions.Both meals came to my house WITH onions.I called the restaurant to see resolve the problem and they hung up on me.
The best Chinese Carryout around here.
Great food, price and fast service.
Haven't been disappointed. Egg drop soup is solid. Usually very fast.
